I got into an argument in Malibu today over a parking spot. There was a dirt driveway with a large gate across it that looked like it was still under construction. Since it was Sunday, I figured it wouldn’t be an issue to park there and wait for the girls.
A guy drove up in a golf cart and told me to get off his driveway, and a brief argument started. As we were talking, I realized he looked familiar—it was Anthony Kiedis from the Red Hot Chili Peppers. I’m pretty sure he recognized me too and may have thought, “That’s Peter Adderton, founder of Boost and MobileX .” so mutual respect.🤣
I told him to calm down and that he technically didn’t own the land where I was parked.

There was a Rolls Royce dealer who used to text me every week asking if I was ready to pull the trigger on the on a Wraith.
I bought one from a different dealer about a month ago.
He hasn’t texted me once since then.
It’s always good to have an opportunity to see someone’s true character when they don’t think they’re going to get a commission from you anymore.

Missing British travel influencer Rachel Kerr, 31, from Dunblane in Scotland has been found safe and well in an apartment in Agadir Morocco,
she voluntarily checked out of her Caribbean Village hotel after a night of partying at SMART nightclub on April 25 and switched her phone off,
Agadir authorities confirmed there was no foul play or threat and she had done so of her own accord,
Rachel told investigators she simply wants to continue her holiday and stay on longer in Morocco,
she had previously run out of money on the work trip and missed her original flight home before deciding to extend her time there,
her family had been extremely concerned with no contact for five days and issued urgent public appeals for information,
a cousin even flew out to Agadir to help search as friends raised worries about her
