Piggy backing off of @JusticeHorn_ . If it costs $10 Million dollars per mile to construct a bullet train, it would cost around 2.5 billion dollars for a KC -> STL Bullet train to be built... And here we are talking about spending $4 Billion dollars on a baseball stadium.
