SHOTS FIRED: Morgan Stanley is rolling out crypto trading on its E*Trade platform for 50bps/trade, undercutting Schwab's 75bps (who undercut Coinbase). If I know Schwab, they likely won't let this stand. Others will prob undercut too. By the time the dust settles it'll be pretty dirt cheap to trade crypto everywhere- just was we saw with btc ETF exp ratios prior to launch. This is why TradFi is no joke and crypto exchanges should be scared.

@Bullish acquiring @Equiniti for $4.2B is being framed as a tokenization story. It's actually a story about the infrastructure that brings issuers and shareholders closer together, and that's the part worth paying attention to. One of our core missions at @Say was to bring issuers and shareholders closer together, and we did that for millions of shareholders. In our view, that is always a positive and productive thing to do. The distance between public companies and their shareholders has been too wide for too long, and closing it creates real value on both sides. Capital markets infrastructure is being rebuilt in real time, and this deal sits squarely in the middle of it. Equiniti is the issuer's primary partner for the workflows that touch every shareholder: proxy, dividends, corporate actions, employee stock plans, the share register that anchors the rest of the stack. They do it at global scale. There is real room to improve here. Real-time cap tables. Automated corporate actions. Issuers who actually know their shareholder base. None of this exists at scale today. The opportunity is enormous. If you believe tokenization is a flip the switch moment, you don't need to buy Equiniti. You build new infrastructure and wait. If you believe it's a gradual migration, slowly and then all at once, you meet issuers where they are today and earn the right to migrate them. The future of capital markets infrastructure runs through the shareholder. Huge congrats to @ThomasFarley and Dan Kramer and their teams on this exciting deal.

lowkey have been insanely inspired since the $TSLA shareholder meeting through the smoke filled room, strobe lights shining, elon dancing with Optimus, it hit me. i know my next move there is a story to tell. when i went all in on tesla in 2012 i was laughed out of the room at NYU investing club. it was a money losing joke that would obviously fail. now, the haters assume elon will build the world's most valuable company by far. wow. the script has flipped. i've been a @tesla / investor and creator for 13 years. a once in a lifetime investment ride im writing a book to tell my version of history. all the people i met. touring tesla factories around the world. the david and goliath story of tesla and elon succeeding against all odds. a win for humans that must be celebrated, remembered and inspire generations to come. so excited. the writing begins ✒️📗⚡️
