@laurenmpayne Yes- we have a tiny human and a broken cat during SiP!! Just to put it in context most of us have less than 1% chance of twins after 35 that shoots up to 3-5% chance of twins.

Contacted Lyft's customer for 3 hours, didn't talk to a person #lyft #employeepeopleandnotsystems

Lyft's customer service is useless - they couldn't manage to competently contact a driver when my phone was left in the drivers car #lyft
