@DeWittTom @senatorbabet Also if you own these properties through a LLC you can write off the interest completely against your taxable income as a landlord and also get to write off depreciation every couple years even though it will actually appreciate 3% a year on average

The idea is someone else pays it …. Like if you own worth 150k or even have 100k worth of equity in a rental and the note is 1000$ you rent it for 1500$ and you can borrow 100k tax free equity while someone else is paying the mortgage you take the 100k tax free buy another property (fix it up to gain positive equity) put a renter in it 1500$ a month with a 1000$ note borrow the 100k equity from that one and do it again and again until you have enough cash flow from the +500$ a month to go get a loan against the cash flow and pay off some properties to grow cash flow to you and cancel out debt services on the deeds

Capital gains tax shouldn’t exist. I risk my money. I build the business. I make the investment. I do the work. I take the risk. So why the hell should the government take a cut of my success? They risk nothing. They create nothing. They just take. Parasites. F’en parasites.

Yeah no one is putting 100k down payment… real numbers are 250k 3/2 house $1900$ a month for tax, insurance, mortgage at 6% 30yr am 20k down payment …. If you can diy repairs and do 1$ to 2$ equity plays on your home you can grow equity fast while getting 3% appreciation a year on top…….. rent same house is $2200 and your beholden to a land lord and lease agreements…..you’d throw away $26,400 a year renting or 14,500$ on interest a year buying a place for the first 5 years ( you can refinance and get cheaper payments) while building equity…. If you buy your property through a LLC you can write off the interest from you taxable income…. Rent grows 3% a year a mortgage is a locked in price that goes lower if you play it right . All your rent money disappears paying off someone else’s house …your mortgage builds you wealth

Rent vs. Buy - people love to argue about it.. But no one runs the numbers, so I did. Here’s the complete breakdown with examples (Plus a free calculator for yourself at the end):

Yeah it should be case by case and social security should be paid back what you put in ….your peers probably paid into social security so they should be given inflation adjusted payments back …. Every year our government slowly steals 3% of our wealth through inflation…. I believe income tax is illegal tbh

I agree about the disabled, but elderly people should be judged on a case by case basis. I'm 64 and I've known far too many people who didn't save, didn't invest, and pissed their money away during their working lives. Always going on expensive vacations, taking out a 2nd mortgage to buy new cars and fund their out of control spending. I have lived modestly for over 35 years, precisely because I never wanted to in the position that many of my peers are now in due to their irresponsible choices. Making me pay more taxes to take care of them is a little galling.

I can’t let capitalism gaslight me into being a bad person. You don’t think everyone deserves food, shelter, clean water, and healthcare? That’s very sad. Maybe you should reevaluate yourself.

It’s amazing to me that people think “voting” for the government to do anything for them works. Even in a representative republic like the USA. Look at what trump has done this term for the people who voted for him. -We have no boarder wall -we have no mass deportation -we have higher energy cost -we have higher cost of living -higher gov debt -higher insurance premiums -numerous wars going on -funding of new wars My point is if the government is going to steal our money at gun point anyway we might as well have single parents ,disabled people , elderly and motivated people that have fallen on hard times be taken care of if we are a 1st world country that shouldn’t be hard. Between Israel,Ukraine,Iran USA has spent 350b + the majority of Americans would rather have that money spent elsewhere like helping disabled people or the elderly

I think empathy is important but it needs to be placed in the right way . Nothing is free that’s just a truth People w disabilities or elderly people who can’t work should 100% be taken care of . All children deserve shelter and food. BUT.. not all parents deserve their children. The lazy POS that doesn’t work or contribute to society on purpose to just sit back and collect shouldn’t be able to take advantage of good will… I think government assistance is a crutch to help you make it to something better and shouldnt be normalized as a lifestyle. Some people may never make it to something better especially single parents. And as a society we should help them . The system is broken and it’s motivating people to not marry and keep jobs that pay just enough to still collect benefits We need a better system for housing and food But healthcare in the USA is ridiculously broken fr …. Insurance companies are corrupted an have to many back door deals with pharmaceutical companies , healthcare providers and ultimately have monopolies on every aspect.

If I have proven one thing this week, it’s that Candace Owens can’t handle getting a taste of her own medicine. I hope now she leaves @MrsErikaKirk alone. I am tired of watching Cowards sit back as Candace destroys innocent peoples’ lives with her psychotic conspiracy theories. As I exposed, she can’t take the heat. Glass houses and all. I am not a Christian, but for those of you who are, I believe the Bible says a lot about how you are supposed to DEFEND and PROTECT widows. Not stalk them and viciously mock them and their grieving children who will never have a father. I don’t like having to roll in the mud with pigs, but I will do that and then some if I have to. People need to be deprogrammed from Klandace, a modern day cult leader whose stochastic terrorism is literally amplified by Russian state media. Courage is much more admirable than grace and forgiveness.

Well define “rich” …. Wealthy people own assets and that make cash flow and take out equity loans against the asset (loans aren’t taxable income) they write off the loan payments and interest…use the loan money to go buy more assets…and a person could pay themselves 100k a year on paper but end up owning 5-10 million or more of assets…using 300k of loan money as “income”every year and only paying taxes on the 100k they “pay” themselves …. Or if you do all that through a LLC you can get away with 0$ tax tbh … it’s a great work around …normal people with small trade business and a couple rentals can do almost the same thing …once you have equity in a asset you can be your own bank - and acquire more assets that you use to buy more assets with ….

I'm amused by people who think rich people don't pay taxes. I don't even know where that idea came from. It's not just false, it's an anti-truth.

Because the first billion dollars isnt liquid it’s tied up in real estate or a controlling share of a business you started… selling the assets that make you a billionaire would result in a judge tax and you’d lose your income stream or your controlling share of a business you started from the ground up…. And also taxes .. the business option would also tank the stock as you sell and people would lose their jobs probably…. Why does anyone with a paid off house and enough passive income to fill all their reasonable needs still work or ?

You’d have to have the brain to build systems that solve the problems not just cash …. It’s not a money problem it’s a social influence and culture problem… if everyone that is in poverty in America was given 50k most would probably be back in the same situation in 2 years or less because of their choices

At the same time Gen Z probably has the easiest ways to get wealth with AI , crypto, steaming, drop shipping, trade jobs are paying high …. People want stuff handed to them and not willing to look beyond working at Best Buy and star bucks … wealth creation is a slow thing if you came from nothing but very possible still … s&p makes 10% a year … btc is 12-15% … is rent going to be more expensive in 10 years or less in 10 years … make a play invest save money and budget… Gen Z needs instant gratification and that’s not how it works for most especially when you came from nothing

🚨 GEN Z MAN SAYS HE’S “ALREADY LOST THE WILL TO LIVE” — BLAMES AMERICAN CAPITALISM FOR PUTTING LIFE BEHIND A PAYWALL This video is exploding after a man who's not even 30 yet, breaks down what he calls the “real reason” his generation feels checked out. His claim? You’re not meant to thrive… you’re meant to survive just enough to keep the system running. • Says passion disappears when survival costs everything • Claims food, rent, and basic life are being priced out on purpose • Calls workers “cogs” feeding billionaire systems • Argues older generations are gaslighting Gen Z about how “easy” it is • Says the system doesn’t want everyone to make it… just enough to sustain it At one point, he says he’d rather they just admit it: “We don’t want all of you to stay alive.” The clip is splitting the internet fast. Some are calling it the most honest breakdown of modern life. Others say it’s pure victim mentality. Is this a generation waking up… or giving up? 📹: TikTok/lesslifeplease

So you worked a w2 job your whole life never building anything or taken advantage of itemized deductions , investments write offs …. One good investment in real estate through a LLC with a 20-30k down payment a set of duplexes or something you can have others build equity for you and pull it out every 5 years while writing off intrest and depreciation, while your equity increases at 3% annually , you have cash flow from rent, and could get your taxable income low … or build a business… solve a problem…. Or section 8 and food stamp it you don’t worry bout it .

by the time i hit 65, over $550k will have gone into social security for me. at just a 5% return, that could’ve grown to around $1.7M… throwing off about $85k a year. instead, i’m promised roughly $3k/month… about $36k a year. yeah… make that make sense.

Well a new construction job is 100x easier and cleaner especially running flex if that’s part of it …. And most of the time owners of hvac companies are buddies with the general contractor or property managers -even real estate agents or brokers that give them consistent work so they get the good deals…. Make friends and network or roll the sleeve and diy
