Never fixing the issue, than removing the tweets and they move on.

@VZWSupport @Rockla Many on this site have done the "DM us your issue so we can solve it" process multiple times already, nothing changes, you guys just say "Will look into this issue" and move on.... this area has terrible Verizon service for over 2 years already
