Anybody with eyes can see that endurance sports are bad for you. Your joints degenerate. muscle wastes away, nervous system burns out, tissue degrades. Repeated cardiac strain causes chronic energy deficits, high cortisol, and suppressed hypothalamic signaling. Your natural antioxidant function can't keep up with the constant catabolic damage. Endurance athletes have up to 10x greater prevalence of Atrial fibrillation. Everybody has heard of a health freak athlete who died of sudden heart complications. Now we're seeing increased incidence of colon cancer in long-distance runners. I'm all for people destroying themselves in pursuit of greatness, but lets not pretend that endurance training is good for you.

I have a revenue model that involves none of you and that is precisely why the information is honest. the guy selling you a course cannot tell you the truth because the truth is bad for conversion rates. I can tell you the truth because I get paid whether you like it or not and while we are being honest: there are women selling pictures of their pussy making more money per month than half the self-proclaimed "business strategists" and "deal makers" on my timeline. let that sit for a moment. someone with a ring light and an OnlyFans link is out-earning the guy with "entrepreneur" in his bio who has never closed a deal that was not a group project in business school. and the girl with the ring light is not pretending to be something she is not. she is running a business with clear supply and demand economics, zero inventory cost, and infinite scalability. more honest business model than most of what I see on here. at least she knows what she is selling but the part that genuinely makes my skin crawl is watching you people dissect my posts like it is a forensic investigation. taking apart every sentence. unscrewing every paragraph. reassembling it to try and figure out the sauce. reverse-engineering my threads word by word trying to crack some formula that does not exist. I run this like the Krusty Krab. you are not getting the recipe. there is no recipe. there is just someone who actually does this for a living writing about it when he has 40 minutes between boarding groups. the secret ingredient is not a framework. it is that I have been inside more deals than most of my critics have had hot meals and the experience just comes out when I type some of you DM me things that genuinely matter. the dental student in Australia who lost both parents and needs $141K to finish school. the guy scaling a $15M company who cannot sleep. the 20-year-old with more upside than he realizes. the immigrant who got laid off and thinks his life is over. I answer every single one. the cost to me is 20 minutes of a layover. the value to them might be years and then I open my mentions and some clown with 47 followers and a crypto PFP is calling me AI because the responses are too detailed. as if the only explanation for someone knowing things and writing them clearly is that they must be a machine. maybe the responses are detailed because I do this for a living and the details are how my brain works. or maybe I am a sentient language model that chose to spend its compute cycles explaining management fee waivers to strangers on the internet. believe whatever you need to believe I keep showing love to this platform and the platform keeps sending me people who want to argue about whether 4x EBITDA deals exist while sitting in a one-bedroom apartment they split with a roommate. the beefing is exhausting. the disrespect is constant. I answer 50 questions with real depth and real experience and the one that gets shown to me is some guy telling me I sound like ChatGPT. congratulations you have identified that structured thinking sounds similar regardless of the source. groundbreaking analysis I wish the beefing would stop. I wish people would use the information instead of debating its source. I wish the platform rewarded substance instead of controversy. but that is not realistic. what is realistic is that I was sitting in business class when writing this earning more per hour than most of my critics earn per month and I am choosing to spend those hours writing free content for strangers who may or may not deserve it the people calling me a fraud. the people calling me AI. the people telling me my advice is too long. the people who ask for help and then argue with the answer. every single one of you could disappear tomorrow and my direct deposit hits the same. my flights are still booked. my deals still close. my life does not change by a single dollar. this account existing or not existing has zero impact on my income, my career, or my net worth. zero. I was getting paid before this account existed and I will be getting paid long after I get bored and delete it the account is a gift. treat it like one or do not. Admit nothing 2. Deny everything 3. Make counter-accusations against me I knew that I would be smeared relentlessly, despite never having attended his parties or been on his “Lolita Express” plane or set foot on his creepy island or done anything wrong at all.
