@holman I use it all the time for customer support. It lowers the mental tax I have when I used to rawdog it. I'll paste the request in and add my notes, it responds fairly well. But you really have to proofread sometimes because it'll add subtle details which misrepresent your policy.

sure LLMs are incredible for writing code, but have you even used them for troubleshooting support requests? by far the biggest time improvement to "i hate dealing with this" ratio in my life

One of the weirdest parts of running a SaaS is getting constantly accused of stealing credit cards. We have a no-credit-card trial. The ONLY way we can get your card is if you actively purchase a subscription. Yet we get regular emails from people insisting they were charged without their consent somehow after just using signing up for a free account. We know we didn't go to their house and steal their credit card, but this can be hard to explain to them.
