@ChrisHewitt @jamescdyer Good point that they will feel the pressure to deliver. I do wonder if its a bit of a “running to safety” thing for Marvel though as they’ve had a wobble. Hope they explain Kang somehow and this doesn’t taint Endgame with Starks great ending.

I’ve seen a lot of people say this, and the return of the Russos and McFeely (no Markus?) is a safe choice. I disagree. It’s a huge risk for all parties. They will be aware that this could be, in @jamescdyer’s parlance, a real pool-pisser. I’m confident/hopeful they’ll deliver.

As for the news itself, I honestly have no idea what to think. Could be a masterstroke — RDJ is a brilliant actor, and I’m sure his Doom will be more than just Evil Tony Stark. Could also remind us of the wisdom of Martin Blank: “you can’t go home again, but you can shop there.”

@pathigginsfilm It seemed to come and go without much fanfare I think, loved it though! I personally feel Danny Boyle has never made a bad film. Though there are a couple I haven’t seen.
