They report station availability and if one post works at a station, the station is considered available. They consider multiple chargers at a station simply a reliability measure ultimately for the station.

Back from seeing hubby I know he is getting better because he is super grouchy & just fussy, his lungs are looking good, but his heart is just not responding well to any meds to try keeping it in sync, he is eating (very little but still) solidish food, most of the IV's are gone and is breathing on his own with an oxygen assist. He will remain in the ICU until his heartbeat is under control or he is strong enough to have the surgery. Am relieved.
