@TUIUK so I waited the 56 days like a good girl for my compensation claim to be resolved and guess what!? They have no record of it apparently and I have to start again. Absolutely shocking I will never holiday with TUI again. @jet2tweets were fantastic!
Watching Britain’s Airport Crisis on #channel5. Looks like it’s been tough for @easyJet@British_Airways and @TUIUK. But well done @Ryanair we have flown with them for years and have never had any problems.
@greendawg091089@TUIUK We had a flight changed from bhx to ibz 11/6 from 7am to 11:30am via Alicante 😂 overall delay to destination was 8hrs. Sat on tarmac at Alicante for 2. I have tried both flight nos and same response as you. Have dm’d and told will still be looked at manually
@TUIUK someone needs to help me, my flight TOM7633 from Ibiza to Birmingham 11:30am last week got delayed for 8hrs once I claim compensation it doesn’t recognise flight number.. we got put onto another flight TOM7604 that left at 18:30pm maybe later, no recognition again? Thread.

@TUIUK you cancelled our flight to Ibiza and put us on a flight via Alicante instead with a big delay. The claim has come back with flight not recognised! Please advise there is no way to speak on the phone 🤷♀️
@TUIUK another shocker of a day for your customers. Stop selling the holidays if you can’t deliver. Sat on the tarmac at Alicante (!) currently should have been in Ibiza at 10:30am 😳🤷♀️
