@Uber_Support Your service sucks more and more. Example: when I placed my order it promised delivery by 7:40 pm . The driver hadn’t even picked it up by that time. This has happened so many times recently I’m done with you.

@UberEats The thing I hate about UberEats is when a delivery is late so that cooked food is just sitting at the restaurant, getting cold, UberEats tells you that you can’t cancel because the restaurant has already made the order. The restaurant kept its promise, UberEats didn’t.

@HumanaHelp I tried to deal with my issue via your chat function which is useless. The supposedly “human” advocate (Stacey) engaged me at two different times never remotely addressed my question and then sent me a link ( which didn’t work).

@NewYorker Great … if you are able to download it. And if you aren’t, don’t try @NewYorker customer support — one of the absolutely worst — especially if you purchased your subscription through the Apple store (they’ll tell you they can’t find your account)

@humana Similar thing happened today. In looking for a new Advantage plan, I searched the HumanaChoice PPO page to see if my doctors at @AdventistHC were in-network. They all were except for my PCP. When I called, your agent said NONE of the Adventist doctors were in-network

@Humana so, when searching for my previously covered PCP, now it shows he’s not covered, but his office says he is covered in network. Be careful! I’m changing to Anthem since they do consider my doctor 🧑‍⚕️ in-network for 2026. Get this mess straight!!!
