bromantane is seriously a NO BRAINER in any nootropic stack unlike traditional dopaminergic compounds which simply push more dopamine into the synapse, bromantane instead increases dopamine capacity. every stimulant you've ever taken has been making a withdrawal from your dopamine account bromantane is the only compound that makes a deposit - upregulates tyrosine hydroxylase and DOPA decarboxylase - the enzymes your brain uses to synthesize dopamine - higher enzyme activity = more dopamine produced per cycle - this means your baseline dopamine rises over time, not falls - simultaneously anxiolytic, reduces anxiety via GABA-A modulation without sedation or cognitive blunting - adaptogenic, regulates the HPA axis stress response - actoprotective, increases physical and cognitive performance under heat and fatigue not optional. foundational. not medical advice.

@bryan_johnson I’ll stick with my zyns. Im not afraid to say that Im heavily addicted to nicotine. But in return it gives me focus, and helps me realize that Im just a person not immune to all the temptations we have in this life.

One large psilocybin dose beat nicotine patches by 6x odds for smoking cessation. 82 otherwise-healthy cigarette smokers, 42 received a single high-dose 30mg/70kg psilocybin session, and 40 initiated an 8- to 10-week course of nicotine patch treatment. At 6 months; participants were 6x more likely to achieve prolonged smoking abstinence. With biomarker proof. Nicotine patch: 10% prolonged abstinence  Psilocybin: 40.5% prolonged abstinence

most common side effect of modafinil use is sleep issues fix is simple, two possible solutions. 1. take it earlier -set an alarm 2 hours before you normally wake up -pop the modafinil -go back to sleep by the time you wake up, modafinil will be fully onset. you will wake up wired. this also means that the wakefulness will wear off 2 hours earlier, so you push back any potential sleep issues by 2 hours, massive. 2. military sleep method -relax all muscles in your face, jaw, tongue and shoulders completely -drop your arms to your sides, one at a time -exhale and relax your chest fully -relax your legs, thighs and calves one at a time -every part of your body should now be relaxed -clear your mind for 10 seconds, visualize your "happy place", and drift off into sleep two weeks of training this every night and you should be asleep within 2 minutes.

I'll never, ever, touch creatine again. Why? They take sodium sarcosinate (cosmetic surfactant) + cyanamide (fertilizer chemical), mix in industrial reactors at 70°C, pH-adjusted with acid, and then crystallize it. Your "performance enhancer" is synthesized fertilizer and cosmetic chemicals heated in pharmaceutical facilities and then slapped with a "verified" or "Trusted source" label on it so that you never question it. Real creatine comes from steak. End of.
Paul "9mm Sammich" Tiseo@paultiseo

@yoursimmo11 - A 10oz steak only has 1-1.5g of creatine. - Creatine is heat-sensitive. Medium-rare gets you a 25-30% loss. - You would need to eat 3.75lbs of steak to get the same as a 5g scoop. - Add'n, that's 4.5-5K calories alone. Yeah, I'll stick to power supplements.

Why? It's simple. Men are the evolutionary sacrifice. To push human evolution forward, "nature" experiments with men, tweaking here and there to see what works and what doesn't work. This bears out in extreme geniuses and extremely dysfunctional men. Historically, all men in the bottom 50% never reproduced and never did anything supremely productive other than perhaps dying in war or manual labor. There were also several major bottlenecks that indicate a large number of men were wiped out due to some kind of event 6000 and 8000 years ago. Women, on the other hand, are the reproductive bottleneck, the gender that is required in much greater numbers to maintain the population, and thus tend more towards the average.
John LeFevre@JohnLeFevre

Why are zero women in the top 10 chess players ever? Why are ~95% of inventors, founders, and Nobel Prize winners men? Why are ~90% of prisoners and ~75% of homeless men? Same reason: men have greater variability in everything - IQ, aggression, risk appetite, ambition, trust, occupational interest, etc. Chart: @DavidMaywald

You could just scroll by it like the other 5 million posts on X. You dont have to believe me, I used to think religion was the dumbest shit ever. I watched my mom struggle with her relationship with God for so long and I never felt like she loved me even while doing so. So I rejected God. Like why in the hell would i believe in an all powerful God who couldnt even help my mom love me right. But as time went in and I had my own struggles in life ive fallen to my knees in desperation and defeat and begged God in those moments, and I was answered. I've felt God's presence. The peace and love he has were the greatest most renewing things ive ever felt, so yeah I believe now. I KNOW him to be true, and I hope one day you do too

Wait till they find out how many combinations are viable, how many "attempts" would be happening every second and the fact that the building blocks for those things are literally attracted to each other... suddenly that number gets A LOT smaller.

@SirSicCrusader As a Christian I dont claim science to be false, I claim science to be the study of God's creation. Even though they may not believe in the God whose work they are studying, he loved them enough to let them.

@JamesMageeCCC @gunsnrosesgirl3 Yeah, lots of outdated ideas. Protein from animals. Outdated. Exercise to maintain healthy body weight. Outdated. God in your life. Outdated. It’s just evolution. But we ignore what evolution supposedly made us into because suddenly it’s all outdated. We r so smart
