@asda have been waiting a call back from a supervisor no call

@asda your customer service is a joke. Faulty item, delivery damaged and only option is to return when already made up of partial refund.

@AsdaServiceTeam so I have an order number, money gone from bank but Asda not completed the order and somehow that’s my fault. Your customer service in store and online is appalling

I have DM you but you just send same script back this is one of the pathetic items you delivered can’t take photos of stone cold items. My payment was taken by you for service and goods of bad quality

@ubereats_uk horrendous customer service today. Order placed 20-35 mins delivery. Hour and a half later delivered after 4 different drivers meant to collect. Food cold and inedible, complained only 30% refunded told to contact restaurant even though paid to Uber eats.

@OmazeUK how come the only button on your web pages that doesn’t work is the cancel subscription link?

@VirginPure I have been a customer for a few years and loved the product but your customer service will mean you will loose a customer. No chance to upgrade unless I pay out of the service contract even though would be purchasing new. Just awful!

@AOArena done everything you suggested to get hold of accessibility team and still no response. How are you allowed to operate like like? Awful customer service for whose that need help @DisRightsUK
