@Verizon @VerizonSupport update... No, they didn’t fix the problem, I'm questioning the bar for higher tech support. They closed my ticket without fixing it again tho. I paid for the @GooglePlay pass "included in my account free" and they reimbursed me. Flimsy bandaid.

@Sradz113 @ATTHelp @TMobile @Verizon I've been battling with Verizon for 3 years for an issue with my "free play pass" someone has been calling me back and fixing the problem for 3 years. I posted about it on their community page and it was removed. Verizon is shady too.

@ATTHelp Prefer I lawyer up and start a class action rather than assist. Wow. @TMobile And @verizon Are clearly better options. This disgrace continues.

The saga continues... I found people on @Verizon community with the same problem but they disappeared & my post was removed for mentioning it could be litigious. No 1 returns calls & today my rep said to uninstall and reinstall Google play store. @GooglePlay is this the solution?

@VerizonSupport Today's representative trying to get a hold of yesterday's rep, also told me I can uninstall and reinstall Google Play Store... she's "tier 2 tech support"

@Verizon I just had a tier 2 tech rep tell me to Uninstall and reinstall Google play pass... I haven't had access for 3 years and it's never resolved. It's included in my account but it keeps prompting me to pay for it.
