Heal The World Community Development
The heart of the Easter story is the transition from darkness to light. at #Healtheworld, we see that transition every day in the work of healing. Healing the world means standing in the gaps where there is pain and bringing the light. We believe that no matter how deep the wound, restoration is possible. Today, we celebrate the resilience of the human spirit and the promise of a brighter tomorrow. #Easter #HealingTheWorld #Restoration @ieeRwanda @aeerwanda @harerimana_tito @KinaRwanda @THTRWANDA @KvinnaKvinnaINT @ARuhuka @CaritasRwanda @A_ThorpeUK @uzim71 @jackwibuka @sowpeace1 @UyisenganImanzi @ndungutsetheon1 @Ember_mh @JosephRyarasa

Does feminism only support one side, or do some people use it as a tool to put others down? The true theory of feminism is to leave no one behind. 📒Is your home a safe harbor or a place of fear When a young person makes a mistake or faces a reproductive health crisis, their first instinct should be to run to their parents, not away from them. But today, many of our children choose silence because they fear shame and harassment. This silence is what hurts our community’s development. We need to change the story. Instead of judgment, let’s offer a safe space at our dinner tables. When we listen without shouting, we protect the mental health of our children. A child who feels safe at home is a child who stays in school, stays healthy, and grows up to help our nation thrive. Development begins with a conversation. #familyfirst #mindmatter @alice_kanyana @harerimana_tito @uzim71 @jackwibuka @KinaRwanda @Felicienus @DodoPicard @JJoyFoundation @samnduwa @ndanastase @Yniyireba @JicainRwanda @Y_Advocates @unicefrw

When we talk about community development we must start with Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights . #SRHR is not just policy, it is the mental and physical safety of our youth. When young girl or boy faces an unplanned pregnancy without the right support, the immediate panic and the weight of family shame can be shattering. Instead of being protected by their rights, they often face harassment and judgment. This is where the damage begins. as we know the mind matters in every situation. If a young person's mind is not safe, they lose the ability to care for themselves, their family, or their surroundings. This mental struggle creates a ripple effect broken spirit in one person affects the family, the family affects the community, and eventually entire nation struggles to move forward. We cannot have a strong country if our youth are living in fear or shame. Action is needed at every level, not just in government offices or NGOs, but right inside our own homes. By respecting #SRHR and protecting the #MentalHealth of our children, we are not just helping one person we are building a stronger, healthier world for everyone @alice_kanyana @visionjeunesse2 @harerimana_tito @KvinnaKvinnaINT @actionaidrwanda @ClareK07455902 @HDIRwanda @ShareNetIntl @jackwibuka @unicefrw @UNFPARwanda @Imbuto @RBCRwanda @AfriYAN_Rwanda @informed_gens @WGYB_NGO @shelly_bhai @RwandaNGOForum @rwamrec @JosephRyarasa @ndungutsetheon1

A gender-transformative approach fixes the root cause of mental health and drug issues by breaking harmful stereotypes. Instead of just treating symptoms, it teaches communities to challenge #rules that say men can't cry or women must stay silent. When men feel safe being vulnerable, they stop using drugs to hide their pain. When women gain equal power, their stress levels drop. This creates a foundation for community development because healthy, equal relationships lead to stronger families and better productivity. By changing these social norms, we create a lasting solution where everyone feels supported, making the whole community more resilient. #CommunityBasedSolutions #HealTheWorld #SayNoToDrugs #MindMatter @JosephRyarasa @samnduwa @ndanastase @haguruka_ngo @DuterimbereO @ndungutsetheon1 @harerimana_tito @THTRWANDA @ImroRwanda @unwomenrwanda @RwandaNGOForum @WGYB_NGO @Knooliet @visionjeunesse2 @ValensNtirenga2 @jackwibuka @alice_kanyana @Nyinawolive @GovernanceRw @Felicienus
