lol that is not called giving priority to the long term loyal shareholders of other companies ( meaning Tesla). 30% allocation is for everyone, including the shareholder who sued Tesla with shares and also including all the other retail shareholders that are part of TeslaQ. He has yet to make it so that we the long term Tesla shareholders benefit from SpaceX, xAI and X.

I told you Elon has our backs… If it’s true that he’s allocating 30% of the SpaceX IPO to retail investors, this could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for everyday people like you and me. what if the merger does not happen at all? I do not think selling $TSLA at not FOMO prices now to buy SpaceX at FOMO prices ( post IPO) would be better choice, just in case the merger does not happen at all? It does look like that the merger might happen sooner in the post IPO time but there is still a possibility that it does not. Also, I do not believe @elonmusk has reacted to the idea of the merger in any way on X for us to think he is giving us hints. just my two cents!

@pbeisel The real question is: Do All-in $TSLA owners need to sell some $TSLA to get SpaceX or do we stay the course? Elon has been giving us subtle hints to stay the course! What do you think?

Ya for me the biggest issue was the fact that it was so so so clear that Tesla needed AI models and they did not build them within Tesla and now they say we need to use Grok’s models for the most important products that Tesla is ever going to have, Robotaxi and Optimus. Like what the hell, how can you say I am creating xAI because Tesla and this new company is going to be working on totally different AI!

Shocked Elon didn’t announce a new Elon company to build all this out. Because why would new engineers want to work on this project if it involves Tesla and no ability to get filthy rich since the stock can’t provide the returns like a new Elon startup company.

Tesla’s TeraFab officially begins TODAY 🏭 This is make or break for possibly the whole AI industry Elon’s trying to build a 2nm chip fab from scratch. The most advanced process node on Earth. Only 3 companies can do this. TSMC spent $165 billion on their Arizona cluster alone. It took decades of institutional knowledge. Tesla has manufactured zero semiconductors. Ever. But they don’t really have a choice choice: Even in the best-case scenario where TSMC, Samsung, and Micron all max out production for Tesla, it’s still not enough chips for the Optimus and Cybercab roadmap…let alone the rest of the industry The AI5 chip this fab is designed to produce has 50x the compute of AI4. They need 100-200 billion of them per year. No foundry on the planet can commit to that volume on Tesla’s timeline. If it works, Tesla becomes one of maybe 4 entities on Earth that can produce frontier AI silicon in-house, and the only one that also builds the robots and cars. It would be game over

Well not really, stock is performing like this because of the same information that you have given to all. Robotaxi covering half of us population by Dec 2025, fleet doubling every month. Also we have 5-6 unsupervised cars as of now not increasing. I do understand difficult things take time but your predictions above were given like a month in advance and we can all expect them to be somewhat true but they have not been true. Also when we see $nvda autonomous car can reason and listen to the rider’s request when we the Tesla supposed to have grok doing the same still not doing it, it obviously will reflect in share price!

Most important 3 months in the company’s history and the market doesn’t get it yet. I love this stock
