Access the complete Soviet UFO Reverse Engineering Scan Archive (originals in Russian with English summaries provided) at cernohajev.omeka.net/items/browse?c… with additional research connecting the science to US programs at EngineeringInfinityBook.com (including page by page translations). Stories about documents aren’t helpful. What matters is access to the materials themselves, where independent analysis can occur. We’re prioritizing disclosure over storytelling to get materials in-the-hands of researchers and investigators.

@AAWSNAP1947 @AeroTech_Space @UAPGERB He’s correct to a degree on both counts. There’s a cult mentality that persists and stretches to find meaning in anything yet a case to not take anything off the table but ultimately follow where the evidence leads. I think the former confuses the meaning they find AS evidence.

@InfinityDisclsd @AeroTech_Space @UAPGERB Funny, but even if the former NSA retired to be a ranger at local golf course, we're not setting the false equivalency that he used the golf carts to retrieve exotic materials. What do you make of clapper on one hand saying cult and on the other we should still study.

Somebody tell @UAPGERB that just because you can google search people who used to work for aerospace companies doesn’t mean they’re currently part of or used be part of some made-up “UFO crash retrieval program”. And I guess we’ve moved on from Lockheed-Martin? Were the alien craft and bodies not there? Why is it Northrop Grumman? What happens if they’re not there, you going to target employees of another company on the list? Also, James Clapper clearly doesn’t sound like a man in charge of overseeing said programs in this interview. Matter of fact, he doesn’t even believe in UFOs but remains open minded. If you’re the head of space alien craft and body recovery team, you would sound far more confident than he does in this interview.
Gerb@UAPGERB

Another Senior UFO Legacy Program figure currently or recently serving an executive role at Northrop Grumman - Michael Dempsey, @northropgrumman Vice President of Government Affairs and Strategy & Development for Space, Cyber, and Intelligence Prior to Northrop, Dempsey served briefly as Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in 2017 following a tenure as Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Intelligence Integration in the Obama Administration from 2014-2017 under James Clapper. It is my understanding that Dempsey, allegedly, engaged in overseeing UFO crash retrieval and exploitation efforts housed under the National Security Council alongside James Clapper and his Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (PDDNI) Stephanie O'Sullivan. During this time, Dempsey served as Obama's primary intelligence briefer.... If anyone partially read Obama into legacy activities during or post his presidency OR neglected to read Obama into such activities, this would have been Dempsey. Like any good senior legacy gatekeeper, Dempsey, of course, served for many years within the CIA. These CIA positions included: Deputy Associate Director for Military Affairs, Deputy CIA Representative to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Deputy Director of the Weapons Intelligence, Nonproliferation, Arms Control Center (WINPAC). @ChrisUKSharp of the @LiberationTimes has some excellent work discussing how WINPAC, now known as the Weapons and Counterproliferation Mission Center (WCPMC), "produces coordinated assessments for senior policymakers on foreign advanced weapons systems and technologies across the space, air, land, sea and undersea domains, including UAP." I highly recommend reading Sharp's work to also learn how James Clapper's brief retirement from service during 1998-2001 ties into WINPAC: liberationtimes.com/home/us-air-fo… It is my understanding that recently, allegedly, Dempsey oversaw a senior role in the administration of Northrop Grumman's NHI recovery and exploitation activities under his VP of Government Affairs role. For reference, @LockheedMartin VP of Government affairs from 2006-2021 was one Mary K. Sturtevant. During the early 2010's failed Kona Blue transfer of recovered UFO materials from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company to the AAWSAP program, Sturtevant liaised between Lockheed VP Dr. Jim Ryder and CIA DS&T Deputy Director Glenn Gaffney, who was crucial to killing the proposed transfer. Perspective on the importance of "VP of Government Affairs" role within our primes Learn more about Dempsey: web.archive.org/web/2017020316… en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Demp… climate.columbia.edu/events/careers… forbes.com/sites/michaelp…

Fair paraphrase LoL - but I wasn’t looking for an interview; a quick email reply would have done the job. My only questions were if the works were consistent with anything he’d seen in the documents he brought back from Russia; and if he knew of anyone with the right combo of Russian language and science skills who might be helpful. However I offered to reschedule, pre-record an interview if he wanted, or have a brief phone call. When I sent them to Nick Pope, he replied right away that the papers were fascinating, he didn’t know anyone who could help, and suggested reaching out to MUFON. Two lines. Done. So when I can’t get a simple yes/no these do/don’t look like other documents I’ve seen from Russia; yet the science points back to Bigelow, BAASS, AAWSAP, and others which Knapp stated was informed by his Russian docs and was professionally entangled; when within less than 90 days of my being more public and vocal about our find he suddenly wants to testify about Russian UFO files after 30 years AND when being told face-to-face the documents are a 1-1 match w the THREAD III orders he produced before Congress in that testimony and he asks for the analysis to be sent to him (which was done) and there’s no response to that analysis - the absence of anything consistent with basic intellectual curiosity as a subject matter expert never mind investigative journalist is worthy of critique, particularly when one still positions their self as a “champion” of witnesses and their mission continues to be an alleged search for the truth. So not feeling compelled to do nor seeking an interview 1:30am felt like exactly how you captured it, excuse to say “I offered him an interview and he declined it,” which in the grand scale of things was a little-bitch move by someone playing a game.

James Lacatski, the Defense Intelligence Agency scientist who designed and ran the Pentagon's $22 million UAP physics program in 2008, published a new book this week confirming that the Soviet document at the core of that program was missing its 12 technical attachments, and that all attempts to locate them had failed. Those attachments covered propulsion physics, field mechanics, and consciousness-navigation - the exact domains his program spent four years and 38 commissioned academic papers (DIRDS) trying to reconstruct. My father-in-law, a Soviet aerospace engineer, produced 12 numbered technical works between 1980 and 2000. He sent them to us before he dies in 2019. We archived and published them publicly in November 2024. His papers resolve, domain by domain, every problem Lacatski's program could not and we’ve had the answer, have been trying to deliver it, unexamined by the people and institutions that spent decades and hundreds of millions of dollars looking for exactly this, for the last 6 years. That is the consequence. That is why it matters.

@InfinityDisclsd @ufokimball I've said filing a UFO report to MUFON is useless. Nobody will read it behind their paywall. You're better off writing your report on the wall of a Buceess bathroom. More people will read it than MUFON in a single day!

I’ve often said if there is a national security component to protecting the work that’s been done. It’s despair the embarrassment of how little work the government put in to the importance of consciousness. By my assessment from early on, they viewed it to some sort of mysticism and counted on being able to muscle their way through it technologically. I think they’ve come to the realization that that is not going to happen and have pivoted, but it’s put them decades behind. When I closely look at my father-in-law’s work, it becomes more clear that operating these craft begins with consciousness. That’s why we’ve had them for decades and I’ve never been able to figure out how to operate them and I’ve only been able to create derivatives.

Never mind that he’s near incoherent in connecting thoughts - I got out about 30 instances of how @JeremyCorbell jeopardizes sources and whistleblowers (That’s of course, assuming that Corbell is actually an independent journalist and not a govt media mouthpiece pushing an authorized narrative) here are the top 10: 1. The ODNI source who read back SCIF contents to him. Smallest possible access pool. Most legally exposed individual. Burned completely. 2. No notes. Ever. No contemporaneous record means no shield law protection if subpoenaed. Every source he has ever had is legally naked. A structural failure that voids the entire journalist protection framework. 3. CIA directing the ODNI DIG stated as confirmed fact. That level of certainty requires a source inside the tasking chain. He just told every CI officer exactly what access level to look for. 4. Brown's controlled delivery methodology explained in full operational detail. That technique is now permanently retired. Every future operation Brown or his network runs is compromised before it starts. 5. Pentagon comms source burned via meeting specificity. Time, participants, topic, and the fact they had his personal FaceTime number. That is a one or two person identification matrix. 6. Signal channel confirmed with document transmission details. Platform, direction, and content type. Any adversarial exploitation of that channel now has a confirmed baseline. 7. Brown's complete counter-surveillance protocol documented publicly. No phone, no Uber, no advance signal. Every future interdiction effort knows exactly what to expect and adjusts accordingly. 8. Personnel security assessment of Brown leaked by ODNI source. Clearance status of a named individual is strictly compartmented. The population with access and a reason to call Corbell is extremely small. That source is almost certainly already flagged internally. 9. Repeatedly pushing Brown past his State Department clearance boundary on camera. Every instance is documented. If Brown ever faces legal jeopardy for this interview, Corbell's pressure is on the record and provides zero legal cover for either of them. 10. Break-in details confirmed publicly. Potential criminal prosecution evidence broadcast to the perpetrators in real time, with enough specificity to confirm which operations succeeded and which were documented. And he consistently does all this. So he’s not an investigative journalist he’s obviously not skilled in any form of intelligence work. So what exactly is he?

If @EricBurlison @realannapaulina and others on @GOPoversight weren’t getting advice from the people who scream disclosure but need it NOT to happen for the media jobs; if they looked at the HUGE Oversight gaps around AAWSAP, including Lacatski, Puthoff and Knapp’s financial entanglements ( question if he disclosed those before his Sept 2025 testimony) we’d have substantive hearings, proper oversight and dare say be further down the road than field-trips and story time.

Follow-up to my post yesterday that's been circulating about Lacatski and the 12 missing attachments. This is the full story behind that gap - and how the UAP "media," our "investigative journalists" Congress likes to lean on for advice, brushed aside what can be the most consequential piece of physical/technical/scientific evidence in UAP/UFO disclosure to come forward in at-least the last 6 years in favor of recycling unfalsifiable stories, analyzing blurry pics and fawning over unstable videos as "evidence." @SimeonHein @rosscoulthart @quantumheat I haven’t connected but will reach out. The analysis I referenced hasn’t been produced as any external publication. It’s still sitting in an analytical channel as most of what we focus on is the relationship to US government and state-sponsored programs right now.
