Matthias, It is difficult to get entrepreneurs to risk their wealth on a business venture if they will simply lose it in taxes. Everyone cannot be a regulator or work for the state. Capitalism requires risk and reward. Can an entrepreneur keep 70% of what they create? Or 10%? What number gets people to take more risk?
English

@DickBonnet @UziCryptoo Ah the brainless buffoon. There is always a fewt. It is necessary to have slaves, the only way is by taxing everything so people need some source of income. Just owning land and trying to live of it will make you self sufficient. The govt does not want that!
English

@UziCryptoo Yourproperty taxes are less than 3% of the assessed value and assessed value is generallu 80% of market value. If a 3% annual tax will break you you have no business owning a house
English

Hypothetically........ I'm being taxed on money I never made. Let that sink in.
If I bought my property outright for $120,000 in 2001
Now the county says it’s worth $499,100.
Did I sell it? No.
Did I make a profit? No.
Did I get a check for $499,100? No.
But my taxes jumped like I did.
That's the problem.
This isn't income.
This isn't cash.
This is a number someone decided on paper - and now I'm being billed for it.
If my stock portfolio doubles, I don't pay taxes until I sell.
If my income doesn't increase, I don't magically owe more income tax.
So why does owning a home work differently?
Why am I being taxed on unrealized gains?
A house isn't just an investment, it's where people live.
And this system means you can do everything right, pay off your home, and still get squeezed harder every year because of a number you never turned into money.
You don't truly own something if you can be taxed out of it.
This isn't about "services" or "inflation."
It's about being charged for value you never received.
And people are starting to notice.
English

@bilidotter @JustRaging01 Well all the Afghans and the boat people need some employment that is close to their training duh!!
English

@JustRaging01 Why do we need to import people to be security officers? This is why the youth cant get jobs
English

@WallStreetMav @info_maiden Ah and we all belong in England. Oh wait it does not apply to us. Only to people taking our jobs and making us poorer as they out skill us.
English

@info_maiden Keep up the pressure.
They all belong in India.
English

@IsaacHayes3 Yes even Africa are not pleased with African Americans, they considered the lowest with vast amounts of opportunities but misuse it almost their entire lives & the behavior is life they raised in the wild.
English

Black people are the only race of people I know that are hated by everyone.
Every other race on Earth seems to hate African American people.
What that lets me know is that we possess something that is so intimidating, so threatening, that people want to harm us, belittle us, humiliate us, and try to strip away our joy, our lives, and our very being.
So I want every Black person to know how special you are.
Because no one can be hated this much unless they possess something that no one else ever will.

@LarissaFernand @Normal_2610 This comparison is not right 20k is for unqualified nurses, you have family & friends around, save around 5k, 3 lac have to learn the other language 2 your have to lift the patient & wipe them down, u can be sued, you must be qualified, now saving ya u live in a shell and save50k
English

@Normal_2610 I have personally met 3 such individuals:
One nurse went to Malta & took her husband & kids.
The other (single) went to the Middle East.
Another studying nursing in Georgia (this one was male) hoping to settle somewhere in Europe.
English

West lost a generation of trade skills after Covid, but India is making its own version of that mistake by training nurses mainly for export But I like it :)
A nurse earns around ₹20,000 a month here and close to ₹3.2L in Germany, so leaving is the rational move.
India sends tens of thousands abroad while its own nurse ratio stays at 1.96 per 1,000, below the WHO mark of 3. We built the supply and handed the benefit to richer, ageing countries.
The deeper issue is that India treats hands on work as something you do only if you fail at studies.
Skills are not passed down because there is no respect or structured path in trades, unlike Germany where an apprentice plumber or nurse follows a clear ladder with status and pay.
Without that, every shortage gets patched with cheap untrained labour that quits within months, since blue collar churn already runs above 15% a month. Fixing this needs proper apprenticeships and dignity, not just more colleges
L&T have labour issue & they are training themselves, they have their own institute, While Indian Airlines Pilots love Middle East carrier, India will get
Huge Remittance but the price will be paid for that, many are get 1 to 3 lakh in Russia for driving Trucks :)

@JordInvests Wait so in total you had 21k over 6 years and that compounded to 94k? Which fund?
English

In 2020 I opened a Stocks & Shares ISA with Vanguard. Quietly paid £300 in each month to a low fee index fund. 6 years later we are currently sat at £94,000.
I have increased my contributions in recent years. But the power of compounding helped me get there. You never think you’ll hit these numbers until you do. Just keep going people 🫡
English

@BrianMikeKlein @WhiteGirl1776 It's not suicidal empathy, imagine being able to go to a place, however there are no govt hand outs & strict as fck laws, the earth belongs to everyone but people in power want to cause division best way give the people with nothing money by robbing the working class bingo fight!
English

@Monica55dzrh You can paint the side of your wall like put a painting of a garden
English

I honestly feel sick every time I pull into my driveway now.
My neighbor suddenly installed this huge metal fence directly on our property line and I had absolutely NO warning it was happening. One day everything felt open and normal… the next day it looked like the entrance to a warehouse yard.
I cannot explain how drastically it changed the feel of my home.
What used to feel welcoming and open now feels cramped, cold, and boxed in. Every time I drive up, it’s like staring at a giant steel wall.
And the part that really bothers me?
Nobody said a word to me beforehand.
No conversation.
No heads up.
No “hey, just letting you know.”
Nothing.
I understand people can do what they want on their property, but when you put up something THAT massive directly affecting your neighbor’s space, wouldn’t basic courtesy tell you to at least talk to them first?
Maybe I’m overreacting, but it genuinely feels like my property changed overnight and I had zero say in it.
What would you honestly do in this situation?

English

@GetFawkedUK @NeilMcCoyWard The whole reason for this is a form a control in being set up around the world, why well in next 4 years or so inflation is going to go through the roof, ai is going to take all lower level jobs, people will revolt, its to stop the last part, how digital ID, cameras & no cash
English

@NeilMcCoyWard This wouldn't make the slightest bit of difference in the underworld. It's not like hired assassins were handing over receipts.
English

🚨If you live in Europe, paying for anything in cash above €10,000 becomes illegal from 10 July 2027, and anything over €3,000 will mean handing over your ID before the payment goes through.....
This is one EU law covering all 27 countries at once. Your government can set the limit lower than €10,000, but never higher, and several already have
France and Spain cap business cash payments at €1,000. Italy sits at €5,000. Greece at just €500. The rule only lets those numbers fall further over time, never rise
They say this is about catching criminals. But cash is still how most of Europe actually pays day to day. It's 63% of payments in Germany, 54% in Austria, 75% in Greece. Austria and Ireland have no cash limit at all today. From 2027 they will
The same year this limit lands, the European Central Bank begins a year-long test of the digital euro
A digital currency like this could come with limits on how much you hold, and digital money tried elsewhere has been built to expire or restrict how it gets spent
But cash, the one form of money that leaves no record and answers to nobody, may not stay open for much longer

@Eric38367049375 @firearmvideos You brainless buffoons current system says a 18 yr old carrying this no issues due to loophole. The laws need to be stricter. Try carrying this in Singapore, you will be in a cell for 1 year, no tv, no privileges
English

@firearmvideos The truth of the matter is no matter what you try and ban and make illegal it will never stop it from being held purchased or owned good example of this is a drugs in this country and have a good look at our borders the government can't keep them safe
English

@YoungBobRB Everyone forgets this earth belongs to everyone, but some powerful people decided they gonna divide the world, all fine, anyone can go anywhere as long as they can fend for themselves, fine, but then the powers that be said oh wait we will fund the life's of illegals. Not fine!
English

@hiyeroglifx Whatever that fruit it, that is his gamewinner. If he sees that fruit on a pinball machine he definitely gonna win millions
English

@Nickisbackbaby The earth belongs to everyone, it was divided by very powerful people, the new system where the governments provide benefits and other handouts to the illegals is where is the issue is. Jesus time Mary & Joseph left and went across to Egypt to escape, they survived themselves
English

@TomPowell6742 @AaronBastani Why who did this? They should be fined or made to come back and do community service like wiping and cleaning the trains and station till it's spotless
English

@AaronBastani You can police behaviour after it happens but culture shapes whether people do it in the first place. In places like China, Japan, or even parts of Germany and Switzerland, there tends to be a much stronger expectation that public spaces are shared spaces that should be respected
English

@KantInEastt @dibakardutta_ It's similar to what happened when Chinese farmers had funds & got a passport the govt got involved & every traveller had to take a civic course so china name was not spoilt, maybe the Indian govt needs to start this, maybe Indians are starting to gets funds and passports?
English

@dibakardutta_ Even the airport staff had to interfere and asked them to board. Boomers lack civic sense.
English

@Create_Profit The 29 you seeing is only the cost you see, now if you holding it for 30 days there is a hidden fee & it's around $25 to 35 per option, so for 100 it will be 2500 at least a month & if it is a 3 month option that is almost 7500 on top of cost you seeing
English
