⛳️The Zurich Classic - Model Rankings Drop a ❤️ for my favorite tournament play this week This week, a team has to take advantage of the easy scoring in best ball by making a ton of birdies. Then it’s all about staying clean and avoiding mistakes in alternate shot. Chemistry is the added factor that separates teams, so factor that in when deciding between a few. That leaves us with a model built on SG: APP, Par 5 Scoring, BOB% and Ball Striking #1: Koepka/Lowry #2: Alex/Matt Fitzpatrick #3: Gerard/Yellamaraju #4: Rai/Theegala #5: Thorbjornson/Vilips #6: McCarty/Meissner #7: Smotherman/Putnam #8: Griffin/Novak #9: Li/Smith #10: Mitchell/Snedeker 👉You can get the full model, as well as different data pieces I collect along the week in the Discord link in the replies. There, you'll also get every PGA bet I place, as well as @WizBetz 's bets in MLB/NBA/UFC 👇Check the replies for the discount link

People in the US ask me all the time why I love and care about the NBL. This is exactly why. This league is totally insane and it rules.

I think the entire Epstein Files turned out to be a huge zero (Im writing about it in my Sunday New York Post column so stay tuned) but after reading way too many of the idiotic and gross missives contained in the DOJ document trove, I think they have some redeeming value in that they really expose just how conniving and vapid the largely progressive, elite class of this country really is. Here are super wealthy rich people, always moralizing about DEI, ESG, how America is so racist, middle America so gauche and doing so in public, while in private all they do is kiss this perv's ass for his access to money, or models, or designer goods he showers upon them, access to his creepy private island and ridiculous complements he dishes out to make them feel even more "important" than they are. Epstein is a sleaze, but knowing him just a bit (I did the last interview w him before he died as the noose was tightening and his circle of friends disintegrated) I could tell he understood that the people he cultivated -- all for business reasons since he did make a lot of money from them --were indeed pathetic human beings. It's all a disgusting circle jerk, but in the end somewhat instructive

A lot of credit to the Hoya players. They saw an opportunity to beat a team that was lost in the last 10 minutes and took it. Things are absolutely at an all time low for the Friars.

Cooley: “There’s a lot worse happening than Georgetown losing a basketball game…around the world, around our city, around our community. You know what we are? We’re blessed. We’re blessed to be 9-9, we’re blessed to be 1-6 in the league. It could be a lot worse.” #Hoyas

Quit Excel - Paste financials and assumptions in AI and grab a model. After 20 years in Excel, I finally watched an AI agent build a full model for me — end-to-end. I used Genspark and the result was insane: structure, schedules, cash flow, scenario switches… all generated, then refined with my assumptions. The biggest shift? I’m no longer stitching 20 sheets at 2 a.m. — I’m 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀-𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 the model instead. If you want faster board-ready models: Start with a clear spec (drivers, outputs, constraints) Let AI draft the skeleton (P&L, BS, CF, links) You do the QA: tie-outs, edge cases, sensitivities Lock a repeatable prompt + data schema for next time If you want prompt file, just drop a comment and I’ll send it to you. Devin Carter’s days with the Kings could be coming to an end, per @TheSteinLine “Devin Carter's days with the franchise appear to be dwindling. He might have been the 13th overall pick out of Providence as recently as the 2024 NBA Draft, but the front office leaders who made that selection (Monte McNair and Wes Wilcox) are no longer in Sacramento. Sources say Carter's name has already featured in trade chatter throughout this offseason.” (Via substack.com/redirect/2/eyJ…)

Here is my last point on Kimmel. If Kimmel came on and apologized like this the day after his remarks he probably wouldn’t have been suspended. But by all accounts he wanted to double down. Again for the billionth time this isn’t a free speech issue. He works for Mickey Mouse on NETWORK TV. Nobody said he was going to jail. He was dealing with the consequences of making off color jokes about the murder of a guy who meant a ton to a ton of people and blamed it on the very people who love him the most before the body was even cold. So yeah there was outrage that Mickey had to deal with. Then the pendulum swung the other way and they put him back on air. Either way it was never a free speech issue. When you work for somebody else and you offend a ton of people you deal with the consequences. Him framing this as free speech is a joke. x.com/VigilantFox/st…
