just another week of poor @optimum @OptimumHelp service in our area where they refuse to deploy fiber. ps, Do not ask me to DM you anything. You know who I am, you refuse to explain why you wont deploy fiber, you've failed small neighborhoods.

@OptimumHelp @OptimumHelp I am having a tough time with customer support to scale down the services due to exorbitant rates, Already spent 3 hours with two in person agents . Not to mention the useless AI agent. After 10 years as loyal customer i just found out i was paying for unknown.

.@OptimumHelp We were able to cancel the service and returned the equipment on March 14 before the new billing cycle started on March 15. Now we are being told we are being charged for the period 3/16/26 to 4/16/26 when we no longer had the equipment or service. How is this ok?

Don’t ever use @OptimumHelp !! They took my $200 and then disconnected my service just to create a new account to get a SALE! Now I don’t have WiFi and I work from home! Technician can’t come out until NEXT FRIDAY!

@OptimumHelp after much deliberation I have decided not to go with Optimum Internet, instead going for another provider. This is because of an Optimum ad I got featuring heavy AI use. If you can't be bothered to get real people to make your ads, it signifies a real disrespect.

@OptimumHelp I had no internet all night and your agents promised it was “maintenance” and would be back by 6am. It was still out now and only just came back when I rebooted router. Why did they lie to me about the outage? why did your agent only offer me 2 DOLLARS compensation?!

@OptimumHelp I called to get a simple cell phone for my mom yesterday because shes 80. I'm now sitting on hold with your fraud dept. For 20 minutes on a stupid 20 dollar phone line! I already have your service for wifi which will be terminated if I cant resolve this stupid shit!
