@easyJet hi, my flight to Belfast was delayed due to a staffing issue.We were given a form to claim money back for our delay& the captain announced that we could claim before we took off. However whenever I try to do it this is the message I get. My flight was over a week ago.

@easyJet Please can I have a response on this. I was told to submit all my documents to the insurance team. They replied without contents of the mail and I’ve now had a mail saying they can’t help but obviously they didn’t tell me where to submit them too. Where should I send them to?!

@easyJet Flight EZY8108 really bad communication. First delayed due to sick pilot, then you board us saying you have one. Now it turns out you dont & incoming pilot is still an hour away. Why didn’t you leave us in the airport lounge instead of sitting on the plane!!??😡😡
