@gmguy7 @DublinCommuters The problem is Connley would need to be 4 tracked and new platforms to fix the conjestion of the northern line + again Metrolink is more then a rail link to the airport so while a spur makes sense their is a reason why it's not

@flowstatevis I think bmd adding more codecs to the proxie generator is unlikely just because they would have to pay for more encodeing licences and that could get expensive tbh 😅

@sendboyle There are a number of issues with the current route though. Demolishing the Venue Bar, and putting a bridge over the river, from Kent Station to Albert road,cutting it off for all but the smallest of boats forever? A city that has "a safe harbour for ships" as its motto?

Our friends in @CorkCommuter finally have a preferred Luas route, but it has a few issues: • Max capacity is poor at 2,300 users p/h; about 1/4 of Dublin’s Green line • Single track at Ballincollig isn’t great • Trams are too short Follow them for more news
