Good advice. Spiritual and intellectual preparation go hand in hand, especially when you have notice and a calendar. The Lord will tell you if you should emphasize spiritual prep or "lesson" prep for any given week. The key is, as you said, being in a state of humility to receive guidance. That's a true principle for anything in life, not just teaching short(er) classes.

With just 25-minutes each for second-hour classes, leaving little time for in-depth discussion, you know what just became an even more valuable resource? That's right: podcasts 😂

Dear Teachers, Here's the secret to a 25 minute class Don't spend hours preparing the lesson—Spend hours preparing yourself to receive revelation to facilitate the lesson You will always know what to do at any given moment because you are prepared—not the lesson was prepared

To fully benefit from AI, I find I have to surround myself with either very young people with no professional scar tissue, or the top one percentile of growth mindset people. Everyone in between is not keeping up and wasting time.
