Finished the 34th Ward today - whole place is basically a giant parking lot. Ald. Conway’s frequently in the news talking up Chicago budget problems, so if he wants to make a difference the best way is to support a LVT and incentivize better land use in his ward

Re: $QXO. I deeply respect Brad and nothing to take away from his early success. He was early and saw where puck was going. Space is insanely crowded now and this one isn’t going to be the same as his prior deals - he will benefit handsomely tho regardless

@breadcrumbsre He’s a financial engineer. He saw the roll up playbook early and did it cheaply before it became a thing. It’s now over picked and expensive to do. But he has credibility now and massive amounts of $ from equity. Unfortunately this one will end badly for everyone but him
