British Gas was charging me incorrectly for over a year. When I noticed i chased them for six months and finally they corrected the bill. they are calling it as Goodwill Payment. Do you think it’s a goodwill payment? @BritishGas

@BritishGas Any one with @BritishGas pls check your bills carefully. They can make big errors and may not accept it. It took six months and several calls and this platform to resolve! They just say yes yes and no progress!

@dubeyravis Hello Ravi, that would depend on the reason why it was applied. We have set criteria for balance adjustments and we don't yet have one set for corrections but as Kevin has said if you want us to check this for you please feel free to DM ^James

@BritishGas I chose EV package in Feb 2025 and in Dec 2025 I noticed that I am charged standard rate and not lower night rate. I raised this with your team in Dec and since then spoken to customer services several times. BG owes me about thousand pound. Can someone look into it?
