So @BritishGas says, it's cheaper to pay by DD. Then (obviously deliberately on purpose) system doesn't allow the advisor to set a DD up. Tells you to do it through your online account. Tried. So I request to go PAYG, week later still on credit. If I leave £50 charge! @Ofcom

@BritishGas your appalling handling of our business complaint after promising one monthly payment and trying to take double is leading me to raise a case with Ofgem. Your agents told my husband to find a different way of working amongst a lot of other things . Disgraceful

@BritishGasHelp @BritishGas so you send me an email at 11.15 at night tellin me i need top up,my meters nearly run out etc,yet everytime i try to top up,it says theres a technical issue,preventin me from toppin up. Tried my account, and toppin up as guest, got the same both times
