In a Telangana town, a bull comes to a dosa stall each morning for a snack. The stall owner, the bull's friend, makes him two dosas with no-spice potato masala. The bull waits patiently until they are done. After he fan cools the dosas he feeds them to his friend. This routine has been on for years.

Does anyone know what happened to: • the DOGE checks (payments)? • the tariff rebate checks? • the hospital ship for Greenland? • the promised 10% credit card interest rate? • the medications that were supposed to be $1,500 cheaper? • the $2-per-gallon gasoline? • the Epstein files? • cheaper groceries? • the promise to end the war in Ukraine within 24 hours? • the “privately funded” ballroom? • reopening the Strait of Hormuz, which was already open? Does anyone know what became of all that?

BREAKING: HOLY SH*T! Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito's son secretly received a top job inside the Trump administration while Alito was ruling on massive cases involving the White House. This is corruption, nepotism, and in-kind bribery all wrapped up in one... Philip Alito, the son of far-right Justice Samuel Alito, was given an appointment as a lawyer at the Treasury Department early on in Trump's second term. His father was aware of the appointment and did nothing to block it, unsurprising since Alito has zero interest in avoiding conflicts of interest or maintaining the legitimacy of the court. This is the same Samuel Alito who was caught accepting bribes from billionaire Paul Singer in the form of luxury jet travel and an expensive fishing vacation. And that's just what we know about. According to NOTUS, four government officials confirmed that Alito's son is working inside the office of the general counsel, which supports Treasury Secretary Bessent. Notus described the arrangement as a "closely guarded secret." Philip Alito, in an apparent effort to maintain a low profile, does not have a public resume, LinkedIn profile, or a presence on the Treasury Department. Most of the images available of him online are older, from when his father was first appointed to the court. He's a ghost in the system, getting paid by our tax dollars, and presumably whispering in his father's ear to tilt rulings in Trump's favor. “Everybody knew who he was. I think it’s fair to say he kept a pretty low profile. I kind of had the impression that he was kind of a little bit sheepish about his celebrity affiliation. You’d go into a meeting and if people were introducing themselves by first and last name, he’d just say ‘Phil,’ not Phil Alito. He’s a pretty soft-spoken guy,” one official stated. The efforts to keep his identity shielded from not only the public, but his co-workers, proves that he knows what he's doing is deeply improper. If there was nothing to hide, he wouldn't need to keep his head down. But Alito, and presumably his father, know that this appointment further damages what little credibility the Supreme Court has left. “There’s no doubt he got that position because of who he is,” another official told NOTUS. “[Advisers] are in all the meetings, so they knew all the issues across the board.” Damningly, the younger Alito was working his Treasury job when the court ruled on Trump's tariffs. While the administration was ultimately defeated, Justice Alito joined with Brett Kavanaugh to rule in favor of Trump. At no point in the process did he disclose in court documents that his son was working for one side, nor did he recuse himself. The administration is insisting that the younger Alito had no role in the case, but this White House lies through its teeth at every turn. And the problem hasn't diminished in the slightest. Trump's $1.776 billion slush fund for January 6th insurrectionists, MAGA loyalist, and Republican child molesters is getting hammered by lawsuits right now. When one of these cases inevitably ends up in front of the Supreme Court, Justice Alito will once again be ruling on a case in which his son has a vested interest in a particular outcome. These crooks are laughing in our faces as they line their pockets, rig the system, and set their children up to do the same for the next generation. Phillip Alito must be fired and Samuel Alito must be impeached! Please ❤️ and share to demand that the proverbial heads start rolling!

Epic moment 🔥 🇺🇸Trump at 5:00 PM — “No President has done this. We got Iran to talk nukes. Maybe even give them up. This is First time ever.” 🇺🇸Obama at 6:00 PM — “Did it already. No missiles fired. Moved 97% of their enriched uranium out. We didn't have to kill a whole bunch of people or shut down the Strait of Hormuz like you.”🔥👏

These quick thoughts by Michael Jochum on the disturbing reason Trump gets as much support as he does is a must-read 👇 I used to wonder how it was possible that Trump could have won in 2016, and then again in 2024, given how emotionally toxic and depraved he is. I don’t wonder anymore. I think he won for that exact reason. Because he carried at least one broken shard to reflect the broken shards in millions of others. If you’re a racist, you found your guy. If you’re a misogynist, you found your guy. If money is your only religion, you found your guy. If your heart is armored shut, you found your guy. If you mock the disabled, you found your guy. If intelligence makes you insecure, you found your guy. If you’re a sexual predator, you found your guy. If you trade in humiliation and conspiracy and filth, you found your guy. If you’ve never done a single hour of emotional inventory, you found your guy. If you cheat, stiff contractors, bankrupt your obligations, and call it savvy, you found your guy. If you lie as easily as you breathe, you found your guy. If cruelty feels like strength, you found your guy. If white grievance is your comfort food, you found your guy. If your ego is a black hole no title can fill, you found your guy. If warmongering fuels your ego, you found your guy, If empathy feels like weakness and dominance feels like oxygen, you found your guy. If he’d only carried one or two of these pathologies, he might have been dismissed as just another loud, damaged man. But he carried a buffet of them. That was the appeal. Millions could locate themselves somewhere in the wreckage. They didn’t have to agree with all of it. They just had to recognize a piece of themselves in it. It was never really about him. It was about the validation. The absolution. The permission. He didn’t invent the resentment; he amplified it. He didn’t create the cruelty; he normalized it. He gave millions the intoxicating relief of hearing their ugliest impulses echoed back at rally volume. Trump is a symptom. The deeper illness is collective. If there’s one sentence that defines his power, it’s this: “He says the things I’m thinking.” And that’s the part that should chill us. Because what does it say about us that so many were thinking those things? That tens of millions of Americans harbored resentments so deep, so seething, that they were simply waiting for a demagogue to baptize them as virtue? That after decades of supposed progress on race, gender, and equality, so many white men felt so threatened, so displaced, so furious, that cruelty became a political platform? Maybe we were living in a fool’s paradise, mistaking silence for healing, politeness for progress. Now the mask is off. Now we know. And knowing is a far more dangerous place to stand. – Michael Jochum, Not Just a Drummer: Reflections on Art, Politics, Dogs, and the Human Condition.

@krassenstein Once again it proves that Trump is a loser who neither has the wisdom, nor the integrity, nor the temperament required of a POTUS. He has been foisted on the country by millions of Americans who are now rightly repenting what they did. They can make amends in November this year.

HOLY CRAP Trump actually accomplished a miracle. Here is what he got out of Iran: - Reduce its stockpile of enriched uranium by about 98% - Limit uranium enrichment to 3.67% purity (far below weapons-grade) - Cut the number of installed centrifuges by roughly two-thirds - Only enrich uranium at one declared site (Natanz) - Stop enrichment activities at Fordow and convert it into a research facility - Redesign the Arak heavy-water reactor so it could not easily produce weapons-grade plutonium - Ship out or dilute excess enriched uranium Allow extensive inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Permit continuous monitoring of nuclear facilities and supply chains - Accept “snap” inspections under expanded monitoring rules - Avoid building new heavy-water reactors for years - Stay within strict limits on uranium stockpile size and centrifuge development for set periods ranging from 10–25 years Ooops, sorry! That was the JCPOA that Obama signed with Iran, only to have him tear it up, kill 140 kids, get hundreds of Americans injured, 13 killed, and gas prices to surge 50%.

PabloReports: Any reaction to this $1.7 billion slush fund that Trump is proposing from the IRS for January 6th insurrectionists and pardoned fraudsters? AOC: I mean, he’s using the entire government as a slush fund at this point, extorting everyone and anyone he can. They’re robbing everyone of their healthcare in order to become billionaires, and they’re going to cut loose. It’s one of the most unpatriotic and un-American acts I’ve seen in my entire life, and probably in modern political history.

Obama on the Iran nuclear deal today: “We pulled it off without firing a missile. We got 97% of their enriched uranium out. There’s no dispute that it worked. We didn’t have to kill a whole bunch of people or shut down the Strait of Hormuz.” $25 billion spent. 14 Americans dead. Oil at $119 a barrel. The world has one month of strategic reserves left. A UAE oil port on fire. Ships turning back at gunpoint. Trump called Obama’s deal the worst deal ever made. Then tore it up. Then started a war to get back to the same place.
