Worst experience from @nykaafashion @AdwaitaNayar
@hm I've ordered hm men's blue jacket and I've received women inner wear in nykaa fashion app. I've raised query on app, mail and call. It's been a month but not resolved yet. Customer Support answer varies from time to time.

Previously H&M stoneware and porcelain items were delivered broken despite being properly packed and clearly marked as fragile Pickups are irregular and poorly handled. I don’t understand why @hm @hmindia is using this delivery partner in India.

@help_delhivery Tracking IDs: 31293313998632 and 16602352940124. One shipment contains plants worth ₹5,000. It arrived in my city at 2 AM today and should have been delivered, especially since it is perishable and clearly marked as plants.

Does @hm do no quality check on returned clothes? This is my second time receiving an online order for an item that reeks of someone’s sweat 🤢 and this time the item doesn’t even have a price tag!

Nykaa Fashion Fraud

I ordered H&M's hoodie which came used, damaged, with a weird object inside the pocket. Now, Nykaa is denying exchange or providing compensation for mental harassment. Requesting brand to help. @hm @nykaafashion @MyNykaa

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with @hmindia. I ordered a T-shirt combo and received a partial order on 11th Feb. I immediately raised a complaint the same day. The customer care team acknowledged it and registered it for a full refund.

Your delivery partner @shadowfax_in did not attempt delivery at all. The agent gave a missed call, did not come to the location, did not answer call backs, and then blocked my number.
