@RoyalCaribbean my daughter has an FCC applied to a cruise next year. For health reason she will not be able to travel. I have heard somewhere that she can transfer her FCC to another family member. Is this correct??

32 hours without heating nor hot water. Pissed off that engineer been blames system dirty ... Doh had it flushed 4 months ago. Aargh
