Why you should listen to this idiot: I had a 7 figure hospitality business pre covid where I would light cocktails on fire and cook them underwater. I am ugly so I had to do this to get attention. I lost everything during Covid, and went from Amazon warehouse (best/only job I've ever had) to 7 figures liquid in a little under 5 years (surviving the Tate forex program, Singaporean ponzi schemes, Blockfi, and Celsius thanks to @bowtiedbull). I was a top 10 high ticket closer for Coaching Sales (record was 47.5k closed in 24 hours), taught sales/response handling at Client Ascension, probably paid everyone on money twitter for advice at this point @CoachPauI @LogFitz6 @alexfeinberg @KdotUntamed @blackhatwizardd @thedulab (who started me in HTS) etc. I have an outreach agency with my wife, MirraPonte, and I am director of gtm strategy at a healthcare marketing and consulting firm, Manos Health, and we've driven over 105 Million in revenue working with series B funded startups, local clinics, and enterprise clients. Over my career about 145 Million generated. We've done lectures for Yale and Hopkins, and here's our magnum opus on gtm for healthcare. If you need help with lead generation reach out. There is very little that I haven't seen and done. Receipts for everything linked below:

@yourealazyfvck It's Jony Ive he makes everything soft and feminine and terrible like the iphone ux. First gen iphone way sexier. Sometimes brands just forget who they are.

34 booked sales calls in 32 days calling the exact same list we already called before. Same niche, same contacts, completely different offer. Our client Gecko sells AI software to party and event rental companies across the U.S. and we had already run their first campaign and worked through the whole list. They came back with a second product they wanted to sell to the same people. We ran it anyway. 5 booked calls and 26 warm leads came in just the first 3 days. By day 32 we had 34 qualified sales calls and 30 warm leads on top of that. We already knew the objections from round one, already knew exactly who picks up and why, and the new offer hit something rental owners genuinely feel every day which is missing calls after hours. 64 qualified touchpoints in 32 days from a market that small is not something you see often.

@Camp4 How many guys can hang from a bar for 90 seconds? All that muscle and a 10 year old outperforms you 🤣

This is true and it’s because weightlifting was not historically the primary mode of exercise. It’s warped the definition of fitness. Today, guys are more muscular but less athletic. 🏈 How many guys can even throw a football anymore? In my generation, boys were expected to have a baseline of competence in a range of sports. Lifting was done to complement function. Don’t trust anyone who can’t throw a spiral.
Josh Rainer@JoshRainerGold

These people were not skinny they were lean and athletic with good muscle tone, bone structure, and posture. They don’t really exist anymore due to modern food and weightlifting trends so people now are either very muscular, very skinny, or fat. This is normal and healthy.

Examining Kate’s 1% She has suspected endometriosis. This affects at least 1 in 10 women, likely more. Here she’s getting an ultrasound. Historically you needed surgery just to diagnose it (incisions are made in the abdomen). We're doing a non-invasive route. Typically women live with endometriosis for 7-10 years before being diagnosed. It’s the leading reason women aged 30 to 34 get hysterectomies (permanent surgery to entirely remove the uterus). This condition is where endometrial-like tissue starts growing outside the uterus, in ovaries, bowel, bladder, even the diaphragm. This tissue inflames, scars, and glues organs together. Our first step is to find out if @_katetolo has it. Initial measurements we’re doing: + trans vaginal ultrasound + pelvic MRI w and w/o contrast + hormonal labs All during the early part of her cycle to get the clearest picture. During her ultrasound, a slim probe, about the width of two fingers, 10-12 inches long (although only a small portion is inserted) is covered with a protective sheath and lubricant and gently inserted into the vagina (patient has to empty their bladder first). This creates real-time images of the uterus, ovaries, and surrounding pelvic structures. While inserted, the probe is turned 90 degrees to evaluate all the various structures, angles and views. There is no radiation exposure. The technician is looking for scarring, ovarian cysts, adhesions, and for organs that are fused together with tissue. This ultrasound can confirm endometriosis but it cannot rule it out. What endo does to the body: + 90% report pelvic pain + 50% report severe fatigue + 26% report infertility. However many sources cite 30 to 50 percent. + 50% experience pain during sex. + Many have pain with ovulation, bowel movements, and urination + Severe bloating called “endo belly” where the abdomen visibly distends There are a handful of theories about why endometriosis develops but the honest answer is no one is quite sure. We’ll keep you posted on her results.

They say you gotta be careful losing friends on the come up FWIW, my best friend regularly sends me pictures while buying multiple jars of NOBS at once from Target, like this one today She’s the only person outside of the internal team who tested the NOBS prototypes before we ever launched Has been around for the entire journey, never once asked me for anything I recall her sweet husband joked to me a couple weeks ago that when they were looking for their house, she was insistent they have a “[Fawn] Room” (a guest room, jokingly just for me) You can’t buy love like that. When I make it, she’s getting whatever she wants

On recovering from burnout I found myself in a situation earlier this spring where I was experiencing real burnout for probably the first time in my life Brought on by a period of bereavement and heavy stress, my cognitive capacity had diminished significantly Largely characterized by a decline in my mental endurance, memory, and critical thinking skills Sometimes it was like I was too close to too many problems and unable to take a bird’s eye view to strategize and solve them all Think when you search your entire house only to realize you had your sunglasses on your head the whole time, except the stakes are a thousand times higher Slamming the break pedal, prioritizing rest helped, including finding ways to feel safe in my own head. You can sleep for eight hours, but if you're tossing and turning with nightmares from stress, you're getting zero recovery. Now that I've triaged the situation, I’ve found that what is bringing my creativity and mental endurance back has been spending time in beautiful places Flaneuring through the streets of a beautiful city, gasping in awe at the architecture, hanging out with artistically-minded friends, writing down everything I experience, allowing for hours of uninterrupted thought The soul needs inspiration, the mind needs exercise Great businesses are not just built in Excel. Yes you need that strong infrastructure, but they're also driven forward by innovation, which necessarily requires inspiration and creativity All of the greatest brands do their own version of world-building: They make you FEEL something. They make you feel greater than yourself. I recall one of the greatest meals of my life was at Joel Robuchon in Vegas Not just because the food was excellent, but because when I stepped into the restaurant, I was transported to an entirely different universe I escaped my life for three hours that night, and that feeling of an otherworldly experience is what sets it apart (not that my life even needed escaping from, which makes the experience even more incredible to me) I too think of Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel, he must have been divinely inspired. One could lose themselves for ages analyzing every last inch of it. I certainly have. I say all this to say: There is more to building a business than screens and numbers. You can only grow so far without stepping away from a computer and giving yourself time to feel and to think. To feel is the greatest expression of humanity. Allow yourself to be human.

Our sales manager Yuri is very handsome. The women on the team decided it was time he find a wife. They put his pictures on a facebook group. 450,000 Women saw it. He's gotten 3,200 messages since yesterday. If he can get this many leads for himself, imagine how many he can get for you.
