@RevRichardColes Melted butter is the magic trick. I used to suffer, like you, until someone said put an ounce of melted butter in the mix after it's blended and blend again. It gives ruddy marvelous results!

Does anyone call that gunk you can sometimes get in your eyes “sleep”? My daughter just heard me refer to it as such and mocked me uncontrollably…anyone!??

@tom_watson Jeremy is an atheist. How could he,with integrity, sing the national Anthem.

I was with Jeremy the day he failed to sing the national anthem at a service for veterans. I was never sure if, at the time, he knew it would cause an outcry and lead to allegations of being unpatriotic. He obviously knew that this comment would generate conference news though.

"Very odd" That's what Jeremy Corbyn thinks of the decision to sing the national anthem at the Labour Party conference this weekend Listen to the full interview with @BBCNickRobinson on #BBCPoliticalThinking bbc.in/3BFy2Bp

Little Princess Charlotte of Wales is wearing her first ever piece of jewellery today in honour of her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth: an horseshoe brooch, for Elizabeth’s love for horses 💎

Blackcurrant was banned in the US for much of the twentieth century. One researcher estimates only 0.1% of Americans have ever eaten one.

Art Club starts tonight! I’m working on an artwork for a later episode and I thought I would ask you to help. Simple question, what word would you say is most now, most 2022? I’ll put the best suggestion on the work

@JohnJCrace Just as bad are the idiots who went for Starmer. What wonderful examples of humanity.

@OurCofELike How sad to dismiss hymns from before 1998. The music was much better and the Theology sounder than modern hymns. They tend to be thin and repetitive.

After upsetting a few people by using no hymns before 1998, it's probably a good thing that I didn't share my view on current arrangements for Communion with the common cup and individual cups... 🤣

Well, well, Starmer surprisingly weak and ineffectual at #PMQs today. Not seen such wooly windbaggery since the Kinnock senior days. Total waste of a key opportunity which left Johnson untouched and in front, free to once again, read out his list of ‘achievements’.
