‼️ I’ve been subjected to a “Wallet Address Poisoning attack” since selling my Cryptopunk NFT. This is what happens… After a large sale you are marked as a high value wallet Tiny amounts of a token (in my case ETH) are sent to your wallet from a sender wallet address that is very similar to one you’ve sent money to, hoping that you don’t notice it is different The start and end of the sender address is identical to your other wallet, so you could accidentally believe it’s your address and send future funds to that wallet without realising It’s pretty annoying if you have notifications on for your wallet. You can see my notifications in the picture and the ETH being sent from two sender accounts to my ENS address It’s a good reminder to: ❌ Never copy an address from your history or activity ❌ Double check full wallet address before sending ❌ Never trust anyone and be on high alert after sending large transactions

We are facing massively reduced hospitality for crypto accounts of all types on X. This is excellent news when it comes to removing accounts that had bad intent. However, it seems to be driving away much of the quality content I used to see, or at least not showing that to me in the hope I too reduce my usage of the app. It seems that killing all crypto culture entirely on twitter is becoming a casualty the team are willing to accept. They will claim to have removed the bots, but really they’re disincentivising the entire sector.

Two things I learned from this Claude cutting off openclaw event 1.) The lying, forgetting, not following its own rules, etc.... that seems to be a Claude issue. Not an openclaw issue. Because I have the same problems with my Cowork setup... exact same. 2.) So far I prefer the GPT version of my openclaw.... it just does the work and reports back.. I don't care if it is jovial or not

A client just pre-paid me, but Agency asked me for a draft, came back with edits, I sent a new draft. Weeks later, they send me back a copy paste version, which I did not write myself. 0. I am told, I received a partial pre-payment 1. Create an account on their site 2. Connect my evm 3. Send gas tokens, to interact on new L2 4. Bridge btc (I never touch my btc) 5. I have to (I stopped reading after 4.) 6. ....... Told the client to keep their imaginary tokens, I refuse the deal. I refuse to send gas tokens, I refuse to interact with whatever they send to whatever wallet I do not control. Not jumping through 7 hoops like a monkey. If you want to work with me, pay me on my evm, in stables. Tired of tokens locked for 8 months just to die slowly. Not working with this client now, nor will I ever. Horrible creator experience.

Do better, @circle We also need to do better: we came here to have+use decentralized tools. The issue with decentralized tools: can't be stopped. So... no practical solution yet

Switched to Hermes over OpenClaw a few weeks back and it’s been largely smooth sailing and a blissful experience For those still using OpenClaw, is it a lot more smooth sailing these days too?

@Zeneca I really tried to make OpenClaw work with Kimi 2.5, but it was unusable with anything smaller than Sonnet 4.6... Hermes, Qwen 3.5 35B drives is mostly without issues. So yeah, a pretty big difference.
