Part of what disgusts men isn't the promiscuity but the implied subtext of her wanting to "take it slow." You don't get to 66 by taking it slow. Thus, he is categorically different in a specific way that is implied, namely that he is unable to sufficiently arouse her. Basically, she's announcing to him to that he's worse at arousing her than 66 other men, at the minimum. It is almost impossible for a man to not be immensely repulsed and/or insulted by this.
