Trump to Joe Rogan: Windmills are killing the whales, it’s horrible. The left: Trump is a liar, windmills wouldn’t do that. We need the windmills for cLiMaTe ChAnGe The truth. Trump was 100% correct 👇

@rohit_thinks As Dave Ramsey says “live like no one else (with that salary) so later you can live like no one else.” What people seem to overlook is that it only takes a few years of cracking down on your lifestyle to set yourself up for the future.

Let’s talk Lifestyle creep. I was having a conversation with a… 28-year young man who just got promoted and now earns $150k as a Financial Consultant. -Comes from a low income background. -Struggled to make it to the top. -Always lived below his means and finished paying his student loans. In short; he feels that he’s paid his dues. His concern? Now that he’s “here”, isn’t he allowed to have an “easier” life? -Expensive holidays -A good luxury car -Flying business class -High-end experiences “Is changing your lifestyle such a bad thing?” His exact question. And especially if he can afford it… What are your thoughts on this?

Anybody else have family members who leave their AC at 79 or 80 and you go over there and just sweat the whole time? How much money could this possibly save?

@amitisinvesting It amazes me that so many people question why anyone would pay up front . Paying up front is cheaper in the long run, even if the subscription stays the same price. You’d have to generate a guaranteed after tax return of 15% (1200/8000) to cover your costs in perpetuity.

Question about $TSLA Full Self Driving: If it costs $99/month — after 5 years, thats $6000. Why does it make sense to pay a lump sum of $8000 up front? If you can pay $2000 less over 5 years without having to let go of $8k at once… Unless you just don’t like seeing a monthly FSD payment on your car statement, why would anyone buy it up front? I get people who can afford to pay for the car + FSD in cash immediately will pay, but that’s not the majority of people, so what’s the incentive to buy upfront? Shouldn’t there be some discount for the up front price compared to the monthly price to incentivize people to pay up front?

My dad just received a pretty sizable bonus. I congratulated him, and said he should treat himself to something nice and invest the rest. He immediately got defensive and said there were too many expenses this month, that he’d invest what’s leftover at the end of the month. I told him that’s ass-backwards. He should pay himself first because knowing him, that money will be gone before he knows it. He told me “you don’t get it” and that that’s not realistic. He said I’ll understand when I have a house, kids, and more stuff. Love my Dad, but he’s the one who doesn’t get it.

Nobody regrets not taking it... But instead of doing the "I told you so" routine (as tempting as it is) I think it's better we encourage everybody to reflect and LEARN from that bizarre time period. I feel no animosity towards anybody who was misled or lacked the fortitude to say "no" when they really didn't want it. May you find the strength next time you are tested. And you will be. For the millions who turned against their friends, family, neighbours, and supported stripping other people's human rights and dignity for not getting injected - Without repentance, I and many others will keep you at arm's length. Your inner tyrant has been revealed and we know it can be reactivated as soon as you're scared again. Can't fully trust you. You should never force a medication into someone's body no matter how 'for' it you are. Believing that doesn't make you an 'antivaxxer' or whatever other dumb label people fling around. All that said, everybody be healthy.

😔 REGRET: I sincerely regret having the jabs. Had 3 in total. Upon reflection, didn’t need it, and now have serious concerns about what the consequences will be.
