Fever should be as transparent as possible due to Caitlin Clark’s star power and in fairness to fans. But it’s also worth pointing out Clark is a part of this process. She’s talked about overcoming mental hurdles of injuries so not surprising if she’s being extra cautious.

Did you see how angry White was when questioned about CC at the post game presser. She was seething! And she said she “expected her to play” I bet they told her she had to apologize to the coach before she could play and CC refused. That’s why her NOT playing took everyone by surprise.

@robinlundberg No one is upset if she didn’t play because of an injury or out of precaution or to protect Clark. The issue is them waiting until people were actually walking through the doors of Gainsbridge to put her on the injury report.

@robinlundberg I agree with this to a certain extent like its very true she might be trying to see how she feels right up to the last min However, she's not participating in practice. That's the team's responsibility to designate her as "questionable" and not just completely off the report

@robinlundberg What are you even talking about? There is literally no process here. The organization hid her injuries all of last season so they could rake in ticket sales and they're clearly doing it again with the disgraceful way they handled things yesterday. It has little to do with Clark.
