@AsdaServiceTeam Hi there, I have done lots of shops with my Asda rewards card over the last two months or so but my app still looks like this… when do things actually start appearing in my app?

@asda I seem to have a problem with my Asda rewards app. I’ve had no ‘missions’ for months now, my cash pot has had the same amount in it for months. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing with no changes!

@avalard @asda @AsdaServiceTeam I twice sent the customer service team a direct message but haven't had a reply. What is the point of a Rewards App if roll back prices are available to everyone and those with the app are treated exactly the same?

Anyone else finding the @asda rewards scheme utterly useless these days? In spite of multiple visits I've not seen any change in my balance since June. @AsdaServiceTeam

@AsdaServiceTeam What is the purpose of the Asda Rewards app? For months now I have scanned it to no purpose. As a loyalty tool it is completely useless. I have given up. Thumbs down 👎.

Went to Asda for the first time in ages and seems like the Rewards app is completely pointless now, no rewards for anything, just chances to win prize draws. Am I missing something?

@LeilaniDowding Make sure you pay with cash and don't claim the rewards . Asda , spend £70 and you might get £0.40p . Load of b@llocks

Supermarket “club card points”. I don’t collect points … what I do is I separate my shopping into 2.. those that have offers. IE when Baileys is 12 quid not 22… So the 5 or 6 items I might get on offer, I scan through and use my card… and then scan everything at a normal price through without using card for the others. they are tracking all your shopping… your spending etc etc.
