@Avis I have a car reserved for this summer. We decided to extend our trip by one day. I went online and called to try and make these changes and was told my rental will go from $677 to $1565. I’m adding one day and you want to more than double the price!!! Make it make sense.

@Avis I reserved a car for 8 am pickup. It's 8:30 and I'm waiting for the car to be washed? Paperwork was done at 8, so I'll get less use of the car than I'm paying for. Don't say you're open at 8 if you're not ready to do business at 8. Absolutely absurd.

@Avis once again not trying harder. Returned a car to Baton Rouge 24 hours ago and the lot attendent was there and said I'd get a receipt. 24 hours later and the rental is still open. Two rentals in a row where the simplest task is FUBAR'd. #HorribleCustomerService

@Avis why are you still trying to scam me. You sent me another bill in the mail for a parking ticket you received for a violation that occurred after I returned the rental. Telling me contact the parking lot company to explain isn’t my responsibility. @AGJamesUthmeier help!

@Avis don’t bother with Avis at Las Vegas…waiting 50 minutes so far!

You are not sorry if you tell me the same thing I was told on the phone and unwilling to look into it This will be my last rental and I will move to @Avis who doesn't steal like hertz Rest assured I will dispute this charge I urge anyone to stop renting from hertz if you dont want to be robbed

@Hertz this is not only the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a rental car company. Wait outside in the cold for now more than 30 minutes to get a car. We are still in line. @EWRairport #presidentalcircle 🤮maybe @Avis can help?

@Avis it never fails EVERY TIME I book a car to rent, my reservation is cancelled the day off— hours BEFORE I am ready to leave! Totally unacceptable!!! ALWAYS!

@avis You just lost a customer that spends Tens of thousands of dollars with you every year. Charging me a $125 fee because there was a little mud on the side of the car and saying the car has to be spotless when returned is ridiculous. I'm coming back @enterprise

Hello, I rented a car from Budget at Geneva Airport. I see a pending charge of 3,288.95 USD from Avis on my card but I have not received any invoice or documentation. I have insurance coverage and need the official damage report and invoice urgently. Please assist. @Avis

@Hertz @Avis Why? You’re not going to do anything about it. X is full of instances where you’ve screwed people over with “reservations” at MCO and made them wait hours while you have zero cars. If this is the way you operate, President Circle clearly means nothing and I’m done with Hertz

@Avis rental U472786252 Avis customer service will drop the ball on your car rental. You can call the office extend the rental. Then they put out impound on vehicle. Looks like they need a lawsuit like Hertz!!! Stay clear!!!!

@Avis why does Avis keep charging me fuel charges when I bring my car back full. Counter person said if I don’t drive 100 miles I will get charged it unless I show a receipt. Problem is, you never have anyone available to show a receipt to. They always say leave keys in car

@Avis your pickup at Denver International sucks. Two busses so far and no room. already a half hour delayed.

After being overcharged by 125% for a rental, on hold for 1hr and 3minutes before I had to give. @Avis don’t “Try harder” anymore. President’s Club member. Very disappointed
