🚨💬 ATTORNEY GENERAL LINK TO SIGNAL GATE: In their legal help signal channel, was instructions to report federal agents to Minnesota Attorney General Kieth Ellison. The link led directly a page designed by Ellison’s office for reporting Feds. Ellison has been seen outside of the Whipple federal building ENGAGING IN PROTESTS with the insurrectionists who just a few nights prior tried to kill me, and attempted to bring the fence down. How involved is Kieth Ellison??

For what? it’s not illegal to burn a flag, it’s a form of speech. Maggot Brain, no matter what the Orange dumb ass buffoon says, Dumb Ass needs to understand, We have a constitution in our country that gives the American people to right to protest. Why detain somebody when he’s exercising his right as an American? You guys just want to rough people up.
burning an American flag is legal in the United States and is considered a form of protected free speech under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Key Supreme Court Cases:
1Texas v. Johnson (1989)
◦The Supreme Court ruled (5-4) that burning the American flag is a form of symbolic speech protected by the First Amendment.
◦The case involved Gregory Lee Johnson, who burned a flag during a protest at the 1984 Republican National Convention.
◦The Court stated that the government cannot prohibit the expression of an idea simply because society finds it offensive.
2United States v. Eichman (1990)
◦After Texas v. Johnson, Congress passed the Flag Protection Act of 1989, which made flag desecration a federal crime.
◦In this follow-up case, the Supreme Court struck down the federal law, reaffirming that flag burning is protected expressive conduct.
Summary:
•Legal? Yes.
•Protected free speech? Yes, under the First Amendment.
•Can states or the federal government outlaw it? No, not if the law is based solely on the act being offensive or unpatriotic.
That said, flag burning is highly controversial and can provoke strong reactions, but from a legal standpoint, it is constitutionally protected expression.
