@DorianB112 I'm reasonable with it. I hit my RDI micros, protein/fibre/essential fats, prioritize starch over carbs, and allow myself a reasonable amount of harm-reduced junk (diet sodas, ultra-processed snack foods, water flavoring shots).
English

@DorianB112 @sagelovebars training and good diet goes hand in hand, if you’re training hard and not eating healthy it will be hard to see results from your consistent training.
English

I find extremely failure overrated. That last rep damages you much more than stimulates you. If I don't do that last rep I can do more sets, more reps at the limit for more body parts. When I push myself to the utmost limit it feels like I have nothing more to give even if in theory I have more to train.
English

Personally I put carbohydrates in the “bad and trash” category.

Let’s be honest: is going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week(consistently) useless if your diet is bad and trash? 🤔
English

@DorianB112 Nah. Did it for years and gained alot of muscle (and fat). So the cut Was great for me

@DorianB112 People that smoke and exercise are healthier than people that don’t smoke or exercise.

@growth_pigeon @carolineccurtis Lol that’s just the lie most of us tell ourselves
English

@carolineccurtis @DorianB112 I had a problem years ago where I’d end up eating all kinds of crap after training because 1. My body craved it and 2. I told myself “it’s okay I’ve already burned the calories”. How crazy was I.
English

@DorianB112 No, it’s not completely useless, but it is suboptimal
English

@DorianB112 Going to the gym will help cardiovascular system heart organs and many other things but it will not aid in weight loss.
English

@DorianB112 No because if you didn't go, you'd just be fat? I'm definitely sure that as you get into your late 40's, your goal should always be getting leaner. You'll live longer the less you weigh as you age.
English

@DorianB112 Diet is key obviously but if you go 4x a week and lift decent weight you are still going to grow lots of muscle.
English

@DorianB112 Absolutely not as long as they are getting enough🍶
English

@DorianB112 If your after looks yes. If you're not then no
English

@DorianB112 Not if youre properly lifting heavy
If you just do cardio and cable machine routines then yeah, useless.

@SimplyPlatano Yeah true
Home made food is actually much more better
English

@DorianB112 Depends on what’s a bad diet for you? If you’re eating home cooked majority of the week and ordering/eating out like 1-2 times a week I think that’s fine also depends on what you eat as well
