Broncos owners Carrie and Greg Penner have expanded their commitment to, and in, the Denver sports community through a significant minority investment in the Colorado Rockies. Penner Sports Group — the family entity that holds their ownership interest in the Broncos — now becomes the largest minority partner of the Rockies. Majority ownership of the Rockies and all team operations remain with Dick Monfort and the Monfort family while Carrie and Greg Penner continue to be focused on the Broncos.

BREAKING: Spiteful Colorado House Democrats PUNISH Republicans by calling a RARE Saturday Session of the General Assembly! Saturday, April 11th is the Republican Party of Colorado's State Assembly in Pueblo. At this important annual meeting, Republican Statewide Candidates will be voted on including Governor and US Senate candidates. Democrat Leadership is upset that House Republican Rep. Brandi Bradley asked for the Budget to be read at length and the other attempts by Republican members to stand up for their communities. Colorado Republicans who are currently serving in our State Legislature are now torn between attending the State Convention or the Saturday Legislative Session. Democrat Majority Leader Monica Duran and Speaker of the House Julie McCluskie are BULLIES who have NO RESPECT for the Republican half of Colorado! Republican voters expect to see their elected Representatives at the State Convention, but these Legislators have important obligations at the State Capitol in Denver. If the Democrat Leadership had goodwill towards Colorado's non-Democrats, they would have waited to reconvene the House until Monday! This is a purely political move to weaken their Republican colleagues and spit on Republican voters!

Colorado's active registered voters as of April 1st, 2026 (Note: I didn't include all the minor parties in the data) There are nearly 90,000 less registered voters now than back in November of last year. Unaffiliated voters make up 50.26% of ALL registered active voters. There are 92,749 MORE registered active Democrat voters than registered active Republican voters.

DRUG ARREST: A man was found passed out in a vehicle parking lot near 76th Ave and Federal Blvd. Police found drug paraphernalia, cocaine, MDMA pills, and Xanax. The man was also found to be in violation of a protection order and was taken into custody on multiple charges. Colorado ranks the 3rd highest for Drug use & Addiction in the US.
