@XfinitySupport Yes, an Xfinity website article says there is a Voice button on the app, but it's not there.

Two issues with @Xfinity and @XfinitySupport in the past few months, and no way to get help. Unless it's the help they and their AI assume you might want. Hours of frustration.

@XfinitySupport The root problem probably wasn't an Xfinity issue, but there seems to be no way either on the phone or online to get to a person to eliminate issues. If the problem (in this case, VOIP-related) isn't something the AI expects, there is no way to progress toward a solution.

Zoho relented and gave me access to my account. What a waste of time and energy that was.

I should add that nothing has changed other than I got a new iPhone. I know my login and password. I have access to my email and my phone number. Security is not just about keeping people out—it fails when it blocks legitimate users.

I am locked out of my @ZohoOne business account and @ZohoCares stopped responding to desperate emails 16 hours ago. Please, @Zoho, call me to resolve this. I’m in the bizarre loop of needing to sign in to @ZohoOneAuth to authorize my sign in to @ZohoOneAuth.
