@KreekCraft There have been exceptions, but we're talking special single day events in select theaters. Think a premier or a finale of a big TV show, but even then those are done by companies far larger than glitch.

I’m surprised at how out of touch with the real world kids are these days. I’m not even saying that to be mean. Kids are so online they don’t know how theaters work. 😭 Theaters have always had something called a “theatrical window” before home releases.

Investors only care about profits, they do not care about anything else and would be fine with the world burning if it meant they made a few more dimes.

Yes, there is some of that here, but how 3d printed meat works is by artificially producing a scaffold that meat cells can grow onto. In the end, its near identical to actual meat sans natural muscle composition.

Preservatives like nitrates with meat can be carcinogenic when heated. And ultra processed food usually reduces nutrients and adds unhealthy things to increase flavor

@PausarAC409 @KreekCraft Steam lets you refund a game for any reason if you play 2 hours or less of it. Its pretty easy to tell if you dislike a game that much within 2 hours.

AI isn't inherently evil (though I'm not aware of any generative models that are ethical) and was always going to eventually be adopted.

@AmericanLogicX @CultureCrave Maybe because we've seen in history that "efficiency tool" is used (very, very often) not to make workers life(job) easier, but to cut costs by increasing amount of work done by one person for the same time and fire some people (if total amount of work limited by smth else)

@SirDapper @KreekCraft Right. There's a reason ESRB separated 17+ and 18+ as M and AO, other game rating systems have done the same. A game can have mature themes without being an adult only experience.

@KreekCraft I'm torn on this change. The old system would have games rated 17+/restricted, but the creators could lock the experience to be 18+ only. I think that system worked best. Games being 18+ and hidden almost make them feel "forbidden," gonna sadly hurt a lot of adult space devs :/

17+ Roblox games are done. Roblox is making all 17+ games into 18+ (Adult Only) games. These games will also now be hidden from anyone under 18. You'll need to verify your age with a Government ID to play them.

@LuigiStreams @asimo3089 Meshes were used, but back then the only meshes we had were ones roblox uploaded. You see those springs? Likely reused gravity coil. On the light, there's a torus mesh too. People were very resourceful

The thing about the payment processor restrictions is that every time its happened, its been without notice on the user's end until the company already had to make the changes. It likely wasn't going on for 3 months, and even then VS shouldn't be affected.
