Amazing but true…. Even if all the electricity powering a heat pump was generated from gas, it’s so efficient it uses a lot less gas than a boiler!
And an electric car powered by electricity from gas uses less fossil fuel energy than a petrol car… ELECTRIFICATION IS AMAZING
and ofc once you have heat pumps and electric cars you are not stuck with fossil fuels, you can use any source you like for the electricity. Only 2/3 of people can charge an EV at home, but no one can with petrol. Solar panels will charge cars and power heat pumps. But gas boilers and petrol cars are totally dependent on the horribly unreliable global fossil fuel market.
Ofc, the fossil lobbyists know this which is why they use their astonishing wealth and influence to make people hate EVs and heat pumps

Worrying about battery health isn't worth it. We supercharge our Cybertruck all the time with a 100% charge limit and it's at 3.8% degradation at 21,000 miles. Our "babied" (AC charged) Model Y is at 17,000 miles and 9.5% degradation. Just use em and abuse em!

@enhauto @Deandawiz Could you tie it to the seat movement command? MCU moves the seat when you go into Theatre mode. Either do it on the movement or on Easy Entry?

@Deandawiz Hi. We can see , but theatre is most likely fingered by the MCU and not the CAN , so we might not have this signal that you are in it.

Here’s why Tesla HW4 vehicles won’t receive free upgrades to HW5 or beyond, while HW3 vehicles will.
HW3/AI3 cars were sold under the clear promise, straight from Elon and Tesla’s own website, that the hardware was sufficient for safe, unsupervised Full Self-Driving (see video below).
HW4/AI4 cars, on the other hand, were explicitly marketed as capable of Supervised FSD. At no point did Elon or Tesla suggest that HW4/AI4 would deliver unsupervised autonomy.
