this would explain the lack of GSR or blood spatter on him, the pooling of water that was not normal, and the hose being rolled up poorly. He then could get rid of the guns, change his clothes and take a quick shower to get any other DNA evidence off him.

@MandyMatney I know it's a little late now, but what do you think about this theory...Alex wore that raincoat (which he just bought that's why no one knew about it), killed Paul and Maggie, and then used the hose to wash himself (the raincoat) off.
