As a white South African born in the same year as @elonmusk , but never left, I can assure you that his thinking is still deeply stuck in Apartheid. He is a disgrace to South Africa.

A Nigerian couple in the UK has been jailed after orchestrating a massive tax fraud scheme using stolen data from London transport workers.
Luciana Akanbi, a former Transport for London employee, accessed personal details of over 100 colleagues. Together with her husband, Femi Akanbi, they filed 139 fake tax refund claims using information from 40 victims.
The scam was valued at roughly R11.7 million, costing the government about R7.8 million. A judge described it as the worst data breach in TfL history.
Both received sentences of 3 years and 9 months behind bars. 🚔

And what must happen if your crime is stealing an entire country, enslaving its people, raping its women & killing its children over a period of 350years?
If u REALLY think all those CRIMES can be erased by that “GNU” piece of paper designed by CR & signed by Mbalula..THINK AGAIN!

If South Africa doesn’t change its super racist Apartheid 2.0 laws, the country must be sanctioned
Gunther Eagleman™@GuntherEagleman

And this is the fundamental problem with white people. They are extremely violent. When you don’t allow them to do whatever the hell they want to do, they throw a tantrum by threatening to destroy thousands of lives simply because you said “No”.

The Hawks has uncovered a significant counterfeit goods operation in Luipaardsvlei, Krugersdorp, seizing industrial welding accessories valued at over R1 million during an intelligence-driven raid.
The operation was carried out by the Hawks’ Serious Commercial Crime Investigation unit, specifically its Intellectual Property Rights team, working in collaboration with brand representatives.
Authorities acted on information received via a law firm indicating that a company in the area was allegedly distributing counterfeit Hypertherm products while using concealment tactics to avoid detection.
After securing a search and seizure warrant, the team executed a raid at the identified warehouse, where they discovered and confiscated 3,236 units of suspected counterfeit goods.
These included a range of industrial welding components such as electrodes, water tubes, shields, and branded packaging.
The seized items are now subject to further investigation as authorities work to determine the full scope of the operation, including the source of the counterfeit products and potential distribution networks.
The bust highlights ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat intellectual property crimes and protect both consumers and legitimate businesses from the risks associated with counterfeit industrial equipment.

Elon Musk’s latest tirade against South Africa is a masterclass in billionaire bait-and-switch. He claims Starlink is banned solely because he isn’t Black, a narrative he pushes to his 200-million-plus followers as proof of "viciously racist" laws. In reality, the 30% local equity requirement he decries is a standard part of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) framework that hundreds of other U.S. giants, including Microsoft, have navigated for decades without the "drama".
Musk’s "principle" against these rules conveniently ignores that South Africa has already pivoted to accommodate him. As of December 2025, the government introduced Equity Equivalent Investment Programmes (EEIPs), allowing foreign firms like Starlink to skip the equity transfer entirely by investing in local infrastructure and skills. Instead of taking the win, Musk has escalated to hurling expletives at senior diplomats and alleging (without evidence) that he was pressured to "bribe" his way into a license.
The irony is thick: while Musk plays the victim of "reverse racism", his refusal to follow local law is the primary hurdle keeping high-speed internet from the very rural South African communities he claims to want to help. It isn't about the color of his skin; it’s about a billionaire who believes his birthplace owes him a waiver for the same rules everyone else follows.
