@virginmedia a complete joke of a service. Sending me out equipment which I returned using your prepaid label and now giving me £65 charge because I wasn't given proof of postage by Yodel! Contract ends in April and I will be leaving.

Ordered a sim with@VOXImobile on 29th November. Didn't insert said sim or use it. Want to cancel the rolling sim today as I have had a baby and ask for a refund of £10. Refused. Awful customer service and will be cancelling all other plans our household have with them. ✔️✔️
@The_Oodie if someone clicks on an item and it shows as available it should be reserved for that person. Even @depop manage that with there flash sales.
