@O2 @O2 @CISAS_UK Spare me the scripted apology. You agreed to remove this default as if it never happened. You didn’t. I’ve waited the full 90 working days and the deadline has passed. I’m escalating through CISAS, and every day this stays on my file is documented. This ends now.

@O2 @CISAS_UK This is unacceptable. The default on my credit report from years ago is STILL showing, despite your agreement to remove it as if it never happened, repeated complaints, and a CISAS case (#713631). It keeps damaging my credit history. Enough is enough.

@O2 Hello O2, I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have been trying to choose a tariff using the free call option, but there does not appear to be any way to do this. In addition, I am unable to log into my online account despite multiple attempts. This has made it impossible for me to manage my account or select the tariff I want. Please can you investigate these issues and advise me how to access my account and choose a tariff as soon as possible. last month I left £15 on phone and u never used that for this month don't ask me to pm you as i cant use that I would appreciate a prompt response. @O2 so 5g has been around for what 6 years now and still what’s available is basically identical to 4G. What ever happened to the mmwave or whatever it was called and the incredible speeds promised? @BBCBreaking @Ofcom grow some! Feels like it was all a complete con.

@O2 regular calls to my mobile from supposed o2 sim. Suspected scam, one per day. Started blocking and then not answering from similar numbers. Asian voice. Reported if that does any good. Harassment!

@O2 honestly wish someone could explain to me, Me and my husband both got switch up on same day in August last year. He has been Able to switch up twice one in November and one in February but I lost my switch up in February and can't upgrade until July now 😡
