I have accurately forecasted 96% of Senate races across 2020, 2022, and 2024.
In 2026, I predict that while Democrats will make gains, they will ultimately be unable to retake Senate control.
According to my forecast, Democrats will flip North Carolina, Maine, and potentially Alaska. Meanwhile, Republicans are favored to take Michigan.

Because that’s not true. “Subject to the jurisdiction thereof” excludes a narrow set of children whose parents are NOT fully under U.S. jurisdiction:
- Diplomats (diplomatic immunity)
- Native Americans (Quasi-sovereign nations)
- Occupying soldiers (U.S. gov not in control)

The "duplicate" is determined to be duplicate because it maps back to the single primary registration, which is the only one allowed in the system. As such, one reg, one vote.

I voted NO because the SAVE Act would make it harder for law-abiding American citizens to vote, especially married women, seniors, and Americans in rural areas.
We need to make sure our elections are safe and secure. That doesn’t mean we should prevent Americans from exercising their Constitutional right to vote.
