Someday, we will talk about the house agents in Kwara State University, Malete. Greedy people... many of them are current students, while others are former students of the same school. Landlords are charging 400,000 Naira for houses with no water. No water. But there is a POP ceiling, so apparently that makes it liveable and expensive. Self-contained rooms go for 1 million Naira per session. One million. For a student. How do you expect a university student to afford a 1 million Naira self-contained apartment, without fraud? The only people who can afford that without blinking are the ones that @officialEFCC should be picking up. Students are suffering, and these useless landlords and agents are sleeping fine. Someday, we will talk about it properly. Today is just the warning shot.

Whenever you go to a place of worship, you are meant go be decently dressed to honor God and also not to be a distraction to make other people stumble. No mini skirts. No naked thighs. No cleavage showing blouses. No tight fitted dresses. It won't even cost so much to dress decently to the house of God. I hope women who calls themselves Christians would do better and be Christians in their dressing too.

My uncle called me last night to greet me for Easter. Towards the end of the call, his voice changed. He said business is dry, everything is expensive, and begged me to please send him something for Easter. This is a man who has NEVER asked me for money before, even though I support him once in a while out of my free will. I was deeply moved. Yesterday, I sent him ₦500,000 not because I have excess, but because I could feel the pain in his voice. Three grown up children in the university isn’t easy. People are suffering and still smiling in Nigeria. The painful part is that many of the same people still defend this Pharaoh-like government.
